I arrived right at 9pm when they closed in the drive-through, and they were perfectly willing to take my order after I had a late night at the vet hospital. It was a positive little bonus that they were Willing to let me and my son get some hot sandwiches that we love from Starbucks. Thanks Starbucks.

The Starbucks by Panda Express is closed.It is now a Vans store.The next closes is 1/2 mile north, just north of the Baker Street Over-crossing, behind Oil Stop.

I got a drip coffee and asked for no room and cream on the side. The employee gave me cream on the side. But he also gave me a quarter of the cup empty. Only got like 3/4ths of a cup full.

Two star for getting coffee ready. Zero (0) star for bad customer service. 1/27/22. I had made many eye contacts with 2 or 3 employees and none had acknowledged me. Whether a customer is ordering thru mobile or inside the building, EMPLOYEES NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGED THE CUSTOMER(S)!!! **Yes I understand employees are busy. Regardless busy or not, it only take 1 or 2 seconds to acknowledged.

We, as well as many other customers, complaint weeks ago about the bad taste of the water, as their water filter may be worn out. We were promised from the manager, as well as on the phone with corporate that they would make sure to replace the filter. Now weeks later, we went and found the same horrible water and same horrible coffee. don’t go there!

If you are in a hurry do t go to this Starbucks... Forty minutes later I got my coffee. And the drive through is insane not drive through friendly. Two ways of entering and a lot of unhappy people. The wrong Starbucks was closed! Or here is N idea hire more people.

I had a bad experience at this particular Starbucks. First of all they screwed up my order. I was supposed to get iced apple crisp mochiato but they gave me a the hot drink instead and it's 90 degrees outside! Anyway they didn't have one of those scanner things to scan the phone with so I had to use my debit. The woman working there was obviously a boomer and wasn't up to the technology stuff at all. I couldn't change my mind because they already made it. The drink tasted good though but I want to try it iced!

I waited for a while to order and then the Barista “Sarita” asked for my order. She was very mean she wasn’t even even paying attention and Threw a glass away. Very bad service and then the order was a frappe but it tasted so bitter, worst I’ve had ever.
