Catering only - update your yelp so people don't drive to you expecting food. Communication is so important.

Weird. Closed today Tuesday- not sure why that is. Out of business? Big Bummer that I drove here.

Couldn't find the building, when I called and asked for directions the lady was super rude and didn't help me find the place so I ended up just going somewhere else. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

My two favorite places in Windsor/north Santa Rosa are Starting from Scratch Cafe and Ana's Cafe and. The espresso here was just a little watery for my taste, though I appreciated the staff for replacing it with a stronger shot.

I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed this business earlier, I also feel like half my reviews start that way! I first was introduced to this business when they were caterers. They used to cater for a large tech company in town and the owners were so sweet, they really went above and beyond for staff members with allergies, The food was great, and just a pleasure to work with. I was very excited to find out that their restaurant went into the American ag credit building across from the movie theater! I will say however the menu is a little limited and if you actually try to go at lunchtime, Be prepared to wait. This reminds me of Chloe's French café, that used to be inside the hospital building off hopper. An amazing hidden gem, but you just can't go at lunchtime lol I'm going to put this on my list of places to revisit soon and update my review because someone just told me they have more menu items now. Either way I love supporting small local businesses, especially when the owners are nice, kind people!

I was really eager to order from this place as I had heard good things from my job. I called in the morning (around 8am) to place an order for lunch as we were doing a minimal order for four people with a few hours in advance. When I called, the gentleman that picked up the phone was very rude and cut me off before I could explain my call & order and said that they were too busy for breakfast and they would no longer except those orders. I said, "I was actually going to order for lunch and he had stated, "oh you didn't say that". From there he asked me what I wanted to order when I told him the orders he said "hold on hold on I have to check if we have that much spinach for those salads" and proceeded to yell at some poor lady working with him about this menu item. After he came back on he groaned and said that he didn't write any of this down. I did not mind and was happy to restate it but he just said I would need to email him the order, I had no idea what his email was and asked him and when I did he told me his email in such a arrogant tone like I was d*** for not knowing it. After all of this he told me over the phone that the order wouldn't be delivered until 12:30, unfortunately I needed the lunch earlier as we had set a time to all eat together in our schedules. I told him if it was okay I would happily pick up the order as I am not too far away. He spoke to me in a rude tone again, "well no one would be here". I had stated at this point okay well I will have to see if we can change times if not I may not email you the order as we may not need it at this time. He just said, "Okay BYE!" And hung up on me. As this was my first experience with this café I think this will be my last. It is a shame. However, I myself have been working in the customer service industry for years and know how service should be and that is not it!! You do not talk to a customer/ person like that thus, I will not be a customer or even speak to this place ever ever again. And will continue to tell others of this poor experience. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Not good at all. I ordered an almond milk latte and what I got was something that tasted like burnt chalky grounds and hot water. I don't even know if almond milk was present because I couldn't taste it.I'm not usually one to be this blunt but for $6.18, I expect a proper latte. You're better off having the free coffee at your hotel.

The worst customer service. This so called caterer is rude, disrespectful and instead of working with their clients and understanding their needs they yell and hang up. I tried to call again to explain what the request is but whoever answered continued to yell and be disrespectful because he could not take the time to find out what was requested. I've worked with many caterers and often they offer to pick up food at other restaurants, repackage it and deliver it for a generous fee. And instead of understanding the request and respectfully explaining that's a service they don't provided, the person answering proceeded to yell and disrespect me because he quickly made the wrong assumptions. There's a way to handle potential clients and that just wasn't it.

Pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem! On my quest to find good gluten free items on the menu, this place became fast a favorite. The bread roll is just plain amazing! While not too busy during our visit, the owner was very kind to describe the process on how it is made and the secret behind the unbelievable taste. We had regular items on the menu and all were delicious with extra attention to detail. I asked for a dry cappuccino with almond milk... wow, nice froth and done just perfect! One issue, hard to find the entrance following google maps. Just look for their catering van parked in front. Can't wait to go back on our next visit in the area!

This place is fantastic!! The owner Greg went above and beyond with a birthday delivery breakfast surprise for us. We had breakfast burrito with bacon and added avocado. The ingredients were so fresh and grown locally. Also had some of the best biscuits and sausage gravy ever!! We tried several scones. AMAZING. He told us the farm where the blackberries came from that were in the scones. We got banana nut and blueberry muffins as well. Everything was fresh and yummy!!!We actually went back 2 days later for more!!What a great place highly recommended!!Greg is a top notch class act!!!

What a fantastic, warm, friendly, delicious find. Small business owners are the best, especially these two.
