This is the second time I have came here before closing time and have been turned away before close hours. The first time the people inside straight out kicked me out and told me it was closed even though closing time wasn't until 15 minutes. I go another day this time with 40 minutes to spare until closing and its closed. Why do you having your closing time posted everywhere if you can't follow it yourself?!? Horrible subway, horrible customer service. Save yourself the time and effort and never go to this never open store!

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I hate being that guy but I have to make an exception for this incident. I was already having a rough rough day doing pages of homework on my day off work and took a lunch break at subway. I mobile ordered and picked up my food, after getting home My girlfriend and I discovered our free cookie was not in the bag of our order, our sandwiches were both missing multiple ingredients some of which costed extra to include and we were still charged for them! The cherry on top being our sandwiches we're cold even though I picked them up when the app said they would be ready, horrible employees.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 cookie online. Both of the sandwiches were cold when we ordered them toasted. One sandwich was missing the cheese, sauce, bacon, and avocado (that I paid extra for). The other one was missing the avocado, that I also paid extra for. Not sure how that's possible because our receipt is taped on the bag with all of the ingredients listed out, and we also gave them 20 minutes to make it. We also didn't get our cookie.I also don't know why they changed the chicken to this new chicken.

I used to go to this Subway, as its close to my home. Stopped about a year ago because the soda fountain machine was broken (I prefer soda from a fountain not in a bottle). They said the manager had to get it fixed. Went today & it was still not working. The manager or owner, not sure who he is, couldn't have cared less. Just ignored me. They also had no tops for the cup or straws. That's the last time I'll go there. The one on Yulupa, the people are nice.

I will start with the fact that I continue to come here because of its location, but it’s honestly the worst. Nobody is trained or knows what they are doing. We have all been to many different Subways (I even worked at one in high school) and this is by far the worst run Subway that exist. Be ready to wait 20 minutes to get a basic sub. That’s no joke.

Not sure how Subway is supposed to work but it's not like any other take out place I have been to. Originally I tried to order online but that didn't work. Then I tried calling but the phone number didn't work. I went to the restaurant and noted that the sandwiches listed were not the same as the website. The young man waiting on me was nice but needs more training. He was not familiar with the items listed and waited for me to tell what I wanted on each sandwich. I paid with exact change but he had difficulty counting the change and I had to assist him. I'm sure most pay with cards these days. Going to Subway was a headache and I won't go again.

This is my local subway. I've been here probably a dozen times over the last year. I don't know what has happened in the past 3 months to the service but the employees do not know which deli meat goes on their standard sandwiches. I have to tell them every time. This time, I wasn't there to explain and this is the joke of the sandwich that was prepared for me (see image). For one, it's missing the salami. I'm not expecting a masterpiece from subway but I pray for the basics. They've recently raised their prices. I would pass on this location. The Safeway deli is right next door and a better option for a quick sando.

The drink machine has been broken for two years (I'm serious, literally). The workers are unable to make any combo sandwich without being told every ingredient one at a time, due to language barriers. The bread is often tough and rubbery. The credit card machine prompts for a tip. The owners of this location are being investigated by the Department of Labor for violating child labor laws and worker retaliation. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible quality, not as advertised.Ordered #3 Monster, clerk kept asking what meat?? CLUELESS as to their own menu board which says STEAK & BACON...After she put a tiny bit of steak on bread and toasted it, I pointed out the menu board also says BACON.. clueless clerk.ALSO FORGOT THE LISTED 2x CHEDDAR...BARELY ANY MEAT, ROLLED UP TO THE SIZE OF A TACO BELL BEAN BURRITO.They did not forget to charge me $8

Did someone decide to take their break during peak rush hour? Poor guy was trying his best, the line was almost out the door. People showed up to pick up their food. Not ready. Eventually almost everyone left to go to Safeway Deli.

This happens to be the Subway on my way home so I've given them a chance.. Im done here. I will drive the extra miles in order to no patronize this location ever again. The staff seems completely unaware of the concept or practice of customer service. Never have I heard of a Subway that closes for lunch. Always out of ingredients, unkempt, dirty work stations, rude staff. Hands down the worst dining experience you could have. I have seen a customer come in for a pick up order and the staff said "oh we're out of meatballs" to which the customer said "but the app says its ready". Hard to imagine that anyone that comes into this Location leaves satisfyied.

Zero stars if that were an option. I had to tell the girl making my sandwiches to change her gloves. I could see her fingers poked thru while she was handling the bread, also while pulling up her pants and grabbing random things around the kitchen. Terrible, also took forever.
