They dont honor coupons, and skimp on the meat if you order the premium sandwiches. Horrible experience than any subway I've actually been to. They also decide to close whenever is convenient for them, and not the hours on google. Find the nearest corporate location because this one is privately owned and not run well.

I love Subway sandwiches. I know all Santa Rosa locations and this is the best- cleanest, conscientious employees who are perfectly trained in Covid cleanliness. The sandwich guru remembers the repeat customers and have happy greetings for all others. I love to load up my spicy Italian sandwich with fresh spinach, green bell pepper, cucumber and banana peppers- honey mustard and Subway vinegrette. A salad sandwich. These guys are great, kind, clean and there's parking!

Ordered a buffalo chicken signature wrap to be picked up. When I got there, I watched them prepare my wrap without the buffalo sauce, just a gallon of ranch. I stopped the person making the wrap to point out that I wanted buffalo sauce, hence why I ordered that particular "signature" wrap. The person argued with me, said I didn't specify buffalo sauce in the order and this is what I was getting. She wrapped up my meal and handed it to me. No offer to remake it or simply add the sauce. This thing is completely inedible with this much ranch sauce on it. I had to call customer service so I could attempt to get a refund. Best I could get is a credit for next time, but it sure as hell wont be with this store. This isn't the first time I've had a missing ingredient or the order is completely wrong. Staff need to pay way, way more attention and work on customer service. It makes me wonder what else they're cutting corners on.

Waited 15 minutes in line to order a sandwich only to find out the fresh produce all looked rotten. Took the sandwich with no veggies on it which is terrible. Then when I go to pay with the gift card I got as a present at Xmas, they said it was declined. Turns out the cashier doesn't know how to accept a gift card for payment. End result is I paid $9.60 for a sandwich I only went to get because it was supposed to be free. So now I will stop by the market to buy yet something else for lunch. I would never ever recommend this location to anyone for any reason. This has turned me away from subway altogether. Never again will I spend a dime there and will make sure I tell as many people who will listen about this terrible experience. I wouldn't have wrote this review except for the fact this has been the 3rd time at this location and the food and service has always been second rate. So fool me once, twice, 3rd time. Learned my lesson.

The employee was high as a kite. Moved like a sloth. Couldn't find the cucumbers. I actually had to point them out to him. Took quite a few minutes to even come out and start helping me. This was around noon today. (Sunday)

To the owner of this place the employee that was here today (Saturday April 27 @ 7pm) she is outstanding. I've been here 3 times this week and I'd like to share she s one of the main reasons. Sorry I forgot her name. Everything is always fresh and quick and efficient. She makes the best sandwiches and is always really nice! Will be returning often!

Not a good experience today at subway. The sandwich makers were great and made good quality sandwiches, so they are not a problem. What was a problem was when I asked to use the bathroom.
