They didn't give me my recipe and overcharged me. They act like they couldn't hear me and never gave me some of my food. Overall business should disappear or rebrand to MIDway.

First don't ever trying to come to this subway!!!!! Reason why the lady who's works there they not welcoming to nobody. They are rude and mean I only came one time but she doesn't say hi or welcome in, she just tell me what you want and I'm trying to see menu and she tell me "can you hurry up" looks back there is nobody waiting, so I just keep looking menu and I look it her she looks mean face. When I order some food and I order the one easy to make. And she start making it and at that end she make wrong order. I ask her that not what I order for and she said "do you want this or no", so I just don't want to deal with her so I just get that order they charge me extra money because what she makes is little bit more expensive than what I want but whatever. So this is happening to me in first time in this location subway. Make sure nobody goes to the subway or just don't go to subway pick another sandwich place! I will recommend banh mi.

I got there at 8:49 and it the door was locked. Closing time is posted as 9pm.

They must have changed management because this place has gone down hill. The person making my sandwich was hard to understand and when finished she drowned it in oil and vinegar. I'm never going back.

Just left this establishment and was very very disappointed. Service wasn't up to par, girl spent more time ooohing and aweing over another customer (man) than listening to me and helping me. Didn't cut the avocado nicely and thin enough to stay on the sandwich, also I asked for pepperoncini and got nothing. Everything falling off the sandwich, and waaaaaay too much mayo. A lil extra would have been fine. I've eaten there sooooooo many times but guessing she's new. Better training is needed and less talking to other customers while working with the customer in front of you.

If I could go give no starts I would. They say they open at 8:00am I was there at 8:05am and they were not open so I called and I over heard the conversation between the employee and the owner. The owner asked if I was a regular in the morning the employee said no so the owner said ok don't open the door until your ready. It was during their posted open hours and she told her not to open the door? The employee got there at 7:55am and wasn't ready to open because she was late. My family of 5 eat there often but will never go there again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The employee was more focused on asking me random questions than making my sandwich. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, I took a bite as soon as I got it, it wasn't hot or even warm. The ingredients were not spread evenly, (Spinach on one side and cucumbers and onions on the other, Not The way I ordered it at all). The ends of the bread are hard as a rock. The employee only used one glove and consistently touched the food and the handles of things with the ungloved hand. I am almost positive this Subway is a bacteria breeding ground.Save yourself! do not go here.
