I used the app to get the tuesday drop item and because it was 5 minutes to 3 pm n nthey charged me full price for the drop item.Don't know if I will use the app again, ever. The order is fine when you apeak it.

We love this Taco Bell Restaurant. My family and daughter have been coming here for supreme burritos, crunchy tacos, and large sodas for years. Thank you for the great team. The tacos are sweet.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Served spoiled food that made me sick. And instead of being refunded, my card was doubled charged. Called the 800 number multiple times and they do not care (never got a call or email back & it's been 5 days!) nor will they refund you so I was forced to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. Reported to the health department. They could be sued for serving rancid food, obviously the owner doesn't know food service laws or even care about potential liability. The 1.8 stars this place has clearly shows their lack of pride of ownership and non-existent customer service. Taco Bell has permanently lost my business.

Terrible service both in and delivery, especially delivery. Any order I’ve gotten delivered has had missing items, poorly packaged, and just all around bad. Still waiting for response for missing items so I can get money back but doubt it’ll happen. Never buy from this location

This location has gone way down. Orders are always incorrect, takes about 15-20 minutes per person at the drive and about 20 min for one or two items if you walk in. It's difficult to communicate with the staff because many do not speak fluent English. You MUST check your order before leaving. If it's wrong, plan on an additional 15 minutes for them to remake an item. Whomever owns this location needs to step in and fix major issues.

Very slow. Waited at Drive Thruv when no one else was in line for more than twenty minutes even though it was slow inside. No apologies from the drive thru servers. A person who came behind me reversed out of the drive thru and left because we were made to wait too long just to pay.

Usually just order through delivery apps. Almost always have had my order wrong. They've missed 3 out of 4 drinks before, missed multiple items, have given me complete different orders, and it's unbelievable. Re ordered because the only correct thing about my first order was the drink, (gave me two bean burritos for a 5+ item order). Had my delivery person make them double check the secind time, they still missed an item. It happens too much to brush off.

Slow service and had to repeat my order multiple times went to pay and never gave me my receipt and then asked me if I paid handed me my food missing items when I pointed it out they said what I said I paid for it and showed them the Receipt. Not how you should run a business your trying to keep in business
