I only came in because I had a coupon code and was ignored for 10 minutes before someone finally came over and got our order wrong anyway. They don't have any napkins or sauce for you to grab on your own, the soda machine was mislabeled and there were cobwebs hanging from the iced tea dispenser.

I went to this place only three times in my entire life, all the three times this location gave me bad customer experience I ever had.I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans in veggie chalupa’s . we simply requested if they can make chalupa without beans, they affirmed it but once we got our meal, those chalupa’s literally had few shredded cabbage without topping. They didn’t offer any sauce or napkins. This pissed me off . This is rude because I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans , so you can give whatever you can.You people even serve best food to your pets but for humans your services are disgusting .If you can’t make choices in food don’t take order simply tell the customer that it is beyond their menu.It doesn’t hurt but the services you offer not good for business.I generally respect all the workers who works at fast food restaurants but these teens work at Taco Bell doesn’t respect their customers.They were laughing at me when I requested for veggie chalupa, there is nothing to laugh at.Disgusting…

I went today 11/9/23 to the drive thru to do my order and everything was a mess they mess up both my order didn’t u deftness anything I said and was missing still food and also I went it to return it and they messed up again and took long and also my drink was in the wrong size and changed me large. It was so expensive that they were also very rude. Do not recommend buying here!?
