The food would have been 4 stars, but I gave it 3 because it was dirty and a bit dated. Why couldn't the workers standing there sweep up the froot loops? Service was decent.

Ive always had good experiences when Shannon was my server. However I had another girl this time & it was over all bad service at the dinner. I complained and it didn't seem like the supervisor cared enough to fix it.. she came and apologized and that doesn't actually fix anything.. won't be coming back. Maybe after the renovation they will clean this mess up....

Food sucked, service was worst, when I asked for the manager after speaking with the "supervisor" she took a half hour to come from her office. I figured she was thinking I would decide to leave in the meantime. She came in with a bull-dog like mug on her face. Never coming back. Hopefully they get new management before the renovation.

Stayed at the hotel for over a week and really wanted to like this place. Tried breakfast, happy hour and dinner. Unfortunately, they just can't get it together. Waited 10 minutes at the bar for a drink before approached by the bartender who was more attentive to her phone. Gratuity is also added on so check your receipt before adding an additional tip on the 18% included tip.

THe Terrace grill is a restaurant inside the Flamingo hotel. That said, we chose to go there for their "special" seafood night, our good friends had wanted to try it. I ordered tHe lobster dinner, quite the value for less than $22, came wIth a baked potato and I chose the Caesar salad, along with some steamed veggies.. for the price my dinner was very good, not high quality, but very satisfied. I'd go back, my wife got the same and also enjoyed her dinner. Our friend ordered tHe lobster tail dinner as well and at first bite, could tell something was wrong... she asked us how ours were.... then tasted a bit of hers, very mushy and not similar to what we were eating... after reporting this to the waitress, she came back and said the lobster is fine, and that they were all cooked the same way... well we told waitress that it's not the same, that there was something indeed wrong with it, the chef had suggested the salmon or shrimp dinner instead, said no, came here for the lobster... the replacement lobster was much better, but very dissatisfied with the chefs response. Had a nice bottle Cabernet, on the inexpensive side, but very tasty.

No way to leave no stars. Grabbed a beer with a friend there and the choices were very limited. Top prices, no Happy hour. Bartender chased us on the exit after paying the bill after asking him to close it out. Pretty desperate behavior from a Hotel Restaurant.

In terms of room service, I ordered their Calamari and Charcuterie platter, and it was surprisingly good!! Tasty and delicious, well prepared.
