My family and I live in Ukiah, so we made it a must have Everytime we come to Santa Rosa to get a burger at "The Habit Grill". Thanks to the staff for the great service and quality food that we don't consider it "fast food". ?? ??

We got it to go I ordered the chicken sandwich and got the sandwich but hamburger instead of chicken ?My sweet potatoe fries were not crispy and at the price..

Drove there from Ukiah only to find out they are closed. Wondering why they are closed? Now this site says, they will reopen 8-2025? What happened? Pests? Someone from management please explain. I usually take the family there once a month from Ukiah. No explanation. WOW

Great Burger! I ordered a portobello Char mushroom burger! Great tasting burger, with a fresh bun, good mushrooms and cheese, and just an all around great burger. My daughter ordered the SANTA BARBARA CHAR, and she said it was really good. The only reason they aren't getting higher marks, is the place was dirty. It was 9pm, there were only a few people there on a Saturday night. The kitchen crew were standing around trying to look busy, but they were mostly talking. Boy the dining room was dirty! Most of the tables were dirty, and the floor was dirty. I had to wipe my own table down with a wet napkin to get rid the crumbs left from the last diner. I went to the bathroom wail I was waiting for my food, and the smell reeked in there along with the trashcan was overflowing. Clearly the bathroom hadn't received any attention for a good 5 hours or more for it to be that dirty, even if they had been slammed the entire time. I really thought about canceling my food order based on the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom. Clearly a management and team lead issue that needs to be addressed.

This place is one of the most consistent fast food joints. I make it an effort to stop here when I travel the 101 because I don't technically live out there. The habit to me is what burger King had initially planned to be as far as the flame broiled flavor before their quality fell apart. Best burger in the fast food

Can't remember the last time I got a burger from a fast food place .. and I drive by this place every day.. so decided to get a burger. I was immediately impressed when i opened the door - definitely more "upscale" than your average fast food burger joint .. and the menu had a spicy chicken sandwich as well as a ahi tuna fish sandwich!! Score! I decided to try the chicken sandwich since I'm on a quest for the perfect chicken sandwich.. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was good - Kentucky Fried and Popeyes are still better - the habit chicken sandwich adds lots of cold slaw which I like (the others don't ) ..but the chicken patty is thin and it feels like it should be called a slaw sandwich. It also wasn't even spicy to me .. so while the sandwich was disappointing .. the place in inviting inside and the service is good. I want to go back and try a burger since they looked tasty.
The few times I order from here I make sure to pay for extra ranch, since they are very stingy on their ranch sauce. Even then I never get the full amount of ranch I paid for. On my DoorDash order, I paid for 4 ranches and got only one. It gets frustrating and annoying to deal with this time and time again. Why is this such an issue with them, especially since I am paying for it?

You must be joking... when I got there no one helped me so I used the kiosk which I don't mind but it's the way they just stared at me and didn't say a word, my order was right and when I got to the burger I was so shocked !! How is this okay....

The husband took me to lunch. It was delightful, clean, and a pleasant environment. It was lunchtime, so it was busy, but the wait time was short. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered to go and found a burger that was smashed and looked like it was thrown together. Guess was my mistake for not remembering to request some ranch for onion rings, remembered as I drove away. Wish they had a drive thru. Onion rings were salty. Fries were a bit limp but fixed with air fryer.
