.... Disappointed. Long time customer. David is great! This has been the family's go to sando joint forever.... Unfortunately my last three experiences have been no bueno... customer service is good... $8.25 for a regular, Turkey sando w/cheese and veggies.. all good.. But... for the third time.. Where's all the meat?? Will have to take my $ else where and try another establishment I guess. Good luck Togos

Very unhappy I had a turkey roast beef cheddar It was more bread, very little meat on the sandwich. Togo's used to make sandwiches really good. How they make them very bad unhappy satisfied. Customer will never come back. But you would think that they would want a customer coming back. But apparently they don't care unhappy satisfied customer

I love Togos (40 years +), but this last time was just nasty! The woman that made our sandwiches was not friendly (at all) and was rude when asked abt how to sign in to the Togos Rewards app. I swear... she GROWLED without sound! This person needs a different job! My sandwich (#24) was not great and she left off the lettuce. :-( I didn't want to approach her again, so I let it go. The restroom was the clencher! Omg! It was nasty! Smelled like vomit! It was sooo filthy and to think the workers wash their hands in there.....yuk! I am grateful that they wear gloves! I guess I'm off to Sour Dough and Co in the future 'cause that was a horrible lunch! Ewwwww!

I went in there yesterday really slow in fact there was no one in there at the time except the 2 workers. Had a #9 the hot pastrami leg size on parmesean bread which is really good . The sandwich itself was great store was clean . I would've given it 5 stars the only problem the guy who served me and made my sandwich had long hair yes it was tied back but he no cover on his head like a cap so his hair wouldn't fall in my food, granted none did.
Some workers are either eating sandwiches out in the open, look/are high, or rude. While most of the rude workers are gone now theres only one, I was able to get his name which is Andrew. Andrew at best would respond to you in a dead pan voice while other times he would be more on the snappier side when theres a rush. It's obvious he is doing it on purpose because he could be dead pan or snappy with one customer while with another (I presume is a regular) he sounds cheerful, even though those two interactions are back to back. Yes I do understand that during big rushes it's stressful but he does not under any circumstance should he be snappy to customers since that is one of the quickest ways to get rid of potential returning customers. I can compliment his leadership skills with the other staff though but that is not enough on how lack luster the assembly the sandwiches are put together, it would be to much of an item or too little of an item or none of one even if the customer specially asks for it. Several times I have order a sandwich with all the veggies without those pepper things but every single time the person who made the sandwich puts them on..

The lady acted like it was an inconvenience that I took a minute to decide what I wanted.(there was no one else in the place) the food was disgusting and they overcharged me! The worst place ever!!!Don't do it!

My buddy and his girlfriend were coming over and I decided that he should pick up sandwiches from Togo's to eat and we ordered ham and cheese, an Italian, Hot Pastrami with cheese and a roast beef with cheese. The sandwiches were mostly good, I don't know what's up with them but something is missing from them or maybe probably something is added that makes the sandwiches taste odd. Too much lettuce or maybe it's the bread but something is off. Oh and we also got a meatball sando! It was decent. The red sauce was tasty and meatballs were good. That's why I gave 3 stars all because of the meatballs. Does it have garlic- IT'S IN THERE, is there a red sauce - ITS IN THERE!! Do you remember those commercials?? Haha ragu!
