I broke my shift cable on the trail, and was able to get myself back to the trailhouse for a new cable and a mechanic to put it n for me - saved my day, was able to ride, find my buddies, then got beers and food after plus more parts to take home. Just epic, every trailhead needs a Trail House!
It's frustrating to me that Trail House is not listed as a bike repair business. The café is fine, but their bike repair businesses most excellent. I live in the neighborhood and bring in my bike for all maintenance and tire repair. They are always helpful, polite, friendly and reasonably priced. This morning I went in to ask them to fix a flat tire. The bike repair doesn't open till 10 but the technician put down his breakfast at 9:30 AM and took care of my tire needs. Casual comfortable atmosphere. We've been twice, good choices of beer, matcha, kombucha concoctions. Food menu is limited but tasty. Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Rode our bikes here each time. Everyone extremely friendly and welcoming!!
