They did not honor our 8:00 reservation and they kept blowing us off every time we asked about it. We were told we couldn't enter til 9:00 and that food isn't served at that time. The manager said they tried to call us to explain the problem but that I didn't answer. Well, I have the transcript from their voicemail and nothing was said about dinner only that a Ticket to the show is required. I called back and left my own message that everyone in my party had tickets. We were at the venue at 7:45 and told all employees who would listen that we had a dinner reservation at 8:00. They chose to ignore us and everyone of them, including the manager, refused to take responsibility. They finally let us in at 8:45 and hurriedly took dinner orders making sure to tell us again that the restaurant closes at 9:00!!! This was the worst restaurant situation I've ever dealt with. Very disappointing. I would recommend Victory House for live shows, but not for a dinner and show combination.

I really enjoyed the service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly. I did not have the best experience with the food aspect of it. While I know it is a sports bar and the expectation shouldn't be too high, I found the food to not be tasty. On paper it sounded delicious but the actual food did not taste good. Very unfortunate.

Not only was the food over priced and our quality, servers were unresponsive, plus you got to witness a man passing out and wetting himself after drinking too much, with staff who just stood there when he passed out and hit his head.

Great sports bar, fabulous waitress, decent food and music later in the evening. If the bathrooms shared with the rest of the Epicenter was cleaned more often, it would be appreciated.

This was our second time coming here and this time we actually ordered food. We got seated right away and our server was so sweet. She was very attentive and kind. The menu has a lot of options and something for everyone. Our group decided to order dishes to share and that was probably the best decision since portions are pretty sizable. I really loved the chips and dip, The chips were crunchy and big but the dip was surprisingly good. It was bean dip that wasn't too overwhelming but it paired nicely with everything. For the boneless chicken wings we did half and half so lemon pepper and the classic. I enjoyed the lemon pepper more but overall they were just okay; nothing too exciting. The charcuterie board was really nice however! Wish they gave more bread but everything was delicious. I love the pairing of melted brie and jam. Grapes were fresh and the walnuts were sooo good. This board was perfect just for snacking especially since we were drinking. Overall very good selections and nice place to sit down for food in Epicenter. Loved that after dinner we could go bowling if we wanted!

Every time I come here the food is terrible. I don't understand how you can't just do basic bar food that is good quality. The only reason I eat here occasionally is because my kids like to play here and they're hungry.

Great place to eat after time spent playing games etc. It appears to be more of a sports bar (which I absolutely LOVE their setup of sports TVs!!) but definitely it is a restaurant. Surprisingly the food was really good - I was expecting mediocre based on reviews, but I had the Lemon Chicken and it was delicious. My grandsons had the kids menu and they wiped their dishes clean - so no complaints there. Downgrade was the wait for the food - 50 min of waiting and no real follow up.

Their pizza is absolutely disgusting! We sent the first one back and the second one was disgusting too. We wouldn't eat there again.

Great place to come and eat and watch the game. Good bar, drinks are ok. The food is OK. Only complaint is it's too dim! Not very good lighting. Clean inside. Service was good.

Had a really nice experience. All the staff felt like they were invested in us enjoying our evening out. With COVID, it's been a while and it was really nice to be treated so well and respectfully. The food and the service were above and beyond. We are definitely motivated to go back. A++ for the fries. My rule is, if I don't need to use ketchup, they are great.

Ok I'm always all about service and that's because the world's best chef can have a bad day but there's never an excuse for bad service! Having said that the service here is extremely above the rest starting with the hostess and the bartender was absolutely fantastic but my hat goes off to Chef Vanessa who accommodated me by making me a dish that was not on the menu but something I was craving and it totally hit the spot. This is mos def going to be my new hang out spot!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience. I have tried and tried to give this place another try hoping that service will be better but always disappointing. Once we came and I ordered drinks at the bowling area, waited over 20mins for a long Island iced tea that I never received and had to have it taken off the bill. This time we ordered, received our food asked for extra condiments and never received them. Once our waitress took our order she never returned to the table to ask if everything was good so that we could tell her about the extra condiments we never received. Afterwards, the manager came over but did nothing about it. Dining out should be a pleasant experience since we are paying but this was not. Do better!

Very busy at game time, no seating, waited 30 minutes, then left. Ribs were good first time I came.

The sign said to wait at the hostess stand to be seated. I waited for what felt like an eternity, without being acknowledged. I finally asked the bartender if I should seat myself. He mumbled something inaudible (and the place was NOT loud) and walked away. What felt like an eternity later, he finally told me to seat myself. The waiter came relatively quickly and rolled his eyes when I *gasp* asked to taste two beers. He brought the samples and then disappeared. The waiter did not bring me any napkins. The burger was OK but not great. On the plus side, the place is nicely decorated. The tables are spaced far apart and there are A LOT of big screen TVs. Meh.
