Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

I got a boneless meal deal. BBQ, limited time honey chilli, and lemon pepper. Fries with extra seasoning. You could see the breading under the bbq and the 5 pieces were clumped together so it was more like 2 tenders that I ate not 5 nuggets. The lemon pepper didn't have lemon pepper and the honey chilli was the same. I couldn't tell the difference between the 2 fry rub flavors that I ordered. All in all I got a tablespoon of bbq sauce on "5" nuggets, and 15 pieces without seasoning. The deal is cheap compared to the rest of the menu but like come on. If you're ordering during busy hours I recommend flavors that aren't rub because I would've had a better experience eating a 20 piece from McDonald's. At least they give the sauce on the side. Sad because this is a couple days after I got the same order in the middle of the day when others are at work and had the best wingstop experience of my life.

Where do I even start. I order my usual order but they didn’t give me my 12 piece chicken/ atomic. Instead they gave me 12 sauces, who orders 12 SAUCES!? I’m just very disappointed.#

This place is trash for some reason all the staff are selfish entitled pricks who judge people based off looks alone. Super tall guy? Very polite quick and treats them normally. Average Joe. No thanks. No have a nice day. Frowned faces attitude stank eye. You name it. Hilarious because I have college level education yet these guys act all high and mighty plus they talk to me in Spanish sometimes like I can't speak English or something. I'm 25% white and would run circles around you mentally and physically
Went here with my kids and we had great customer service in the beginning but once we got our food it went downhill because we ordered the Louisiana Rub and we have ordered it at different locations and she gave us Original Hot. When we insisted she was not right she insisted she was right. So not to make a scene we just ate it. So we were disappointed because this location was 15mins closer to us.

Ordered wings through the app. They canceled my order because it couldn't be filled, and when I asked about how I was able to get a refund, they hung up on me. Luckily I was able to get ahold of customer support, but this store is horrendous. Horrible management and horrible workers to go along with their mediocre food. Don't waste your time here.

All right, Sonoma County, get ready for another review So, after much delay, I decided to try Wingstop. Now I understand I love wings, and I'm always interested in finding new places with delicious wings. So I've ordered Wingstop, hoping they would blow me out of the water with the flavors! I ordered 30 wings, including the voodoo fries. I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed. There was no flavor in them. About more than 90% stayed inside the containers. I couldn't give them away! Additionally, the amount of Grease, I could've fried a whole turkey in this! The food and fries were meh. Believe it or not, Safeway has better wings and Wingstop does! Overall, Wingstop, you need to get better. Do better for Sonoma County.
