My first time trying yogurt. Was amazing for the sugar lovers!

Closed on a Sunday? Closed every day? Can't get anyone to work? Super lame. How are teenagers paying for things now days? Not good at all.

This location is no longer open even though it's still listed on their website. We went twice; once had a sign saying closed for that day. Second time said they were short staffed and to visit their other locations. Haven't been back since

It's a hit or miss. Depends on who's working. Customer service goes a long way. It's nice to be greeted at the very least. Asked the guy working a question about flavors and didn't even get a shrug in exchange. Yogurt was super watery this time around and cheesecake bites tasted like they were rotten. Might want to do some quality control.

Came in tonight 8-10-21 and when we walked in we said hi. Guy was too busy on his phone. Didn't even look up. Got our yogurt. I forgot to put mine on the scale with my daughters. She had her card in. So she asked him if he'd charged her already. He was so short and rude about it. Was just trying to make sure.

Clean, quick, and friendly staff. This is a great place to grab some quick frozen yogurt. It’s the same kind of self service shop as all other Yogurt Time locations. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of food here. Parking is behind the location and not immediately apparent from the street.

Always a good after dinner treat.

Closed before posted closing time. Couldn't try on multiple occasions. Hours on the door clearly say 10pm.

Took grandchildren there. We enjoyed it.

This place is clean and not crowded. BUT By the time I got home to taste the yogurt I got, I realized it was bad. It had a very sour rotten milk taste to it. Very upsetting and we will never go back there again.

Best toppings, best yogurt!

I am always on the look out for my favorite snack.......frozen yogurt. So I'm cruising thru Santa Rosa in 96*F+ temps. Yeah I got AC in my new truck, but we need something COLD. So I visit Yogurt Time in Santa Rosa. So the routine is simple, you dispense the yogurt from a wall of soft serve valves, pick toppings, weigh it and pay. You do most of the work. I didn't know the Covid-19 status in Santa Rosa, so I sort of went in and figured it out. I made a combo of chocolate and vanilla, with not too many toppings. The price was fair, all that mattered was that it was COLD! It wasn't really sweet, but that's ok......I will be nice and award 4-stars. Cashier was nice and friendly, I will stop by again.

As long as you like toppings or yogurt by the bucket, this place is for you. Their actual frozen yogurt is only average or above average but as previously mentioned their topping choices go unmatched. This generally makes up for the gap in quality. This place is self serve as you pay by weight. So go easy on the heavy toppings. Nice staff, decent inside (as long as you love fluorescent lightening bouncing off of white-ish tiles). Generally speaking we get ours to go.....
