Soup, salad and macaroni and cheese were all wonderful! Unfortunately the filet was disappointing. No real flavor and a bit overcooked. The steak being the main course made it a disappointment. Wait staff and ambience are the best!

Why make reservations if you can't seat us when scheduled. We had to wait 25 min to be seated and when we get seated we had to wait another 15 min before our server came over. Please take time to look at your employees schedules and schedule to demand for a great customer experience.

My wife and I found this restaurant after deciding to spend the night in Solvang after hanging out with friends. It was highly recommended from online searches so we decided to try our luck...and were pleasantly surprised by how great the food and overall feel of the restaurant was on a busy Saturday night. Great steaks and with plenty of options for sides and it was all very reasonably priced.

Food is always exceptional. They were out of a champagne listed. They also sat us in the overflow room which I really don't like. It has no character, please spruce it up Chumash! Server was very nice.

Been to willows many times and has never disappointed.... So sad to say this time wasn't the same. We booked our reservation and we were sat in the back room with tremendous amounts of noise. It took over 25 minutes to get a drink. Crackers and bread came out 5 minutes before our main food. Our server seemed very disoriented and all over the place. The menu was a fixed menu and I asked to substitute an item . She told me I could go ask the chef to see if it could be done! Seriously !!!Then when we asked for another cocktail she said the bar had issues which didn't make sense! we went from a nice cocktail to a nasty beer that we didn't even drink . Our dining experience was horrible. The noise in the room would rebound to the walls and landed in our ears. To top everything off the server wasn't even wearing deodorant!! Willows please fix these issues as we love going but this time it was a disappointment .

We went on this occasion to celebrate Valentine's Day. The Willows had a special Prix Fixe menu that was delicious. I had the steelhead and hubby had the bone-in filet. Both were excellent.

Steak is always perfect and the appetizer frito mixto is the best. Shout out to our waiter Richie always so pleasant, very attentive. My husband and I always eat there when we are staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend Willows to everyone

We have been here several times and always had great service. Victor was our waiter this time and he was phenomenal!! He had great suggestions from the wine to the food and it was spectacular!

The lobster bisque was outstanding! The filet was cooked exactly as requested and was delicious. The potato casserole was also delicious! We were very impressed with the overall experience!

Celebrated my birthday with Willows. Food was great. Atmosphere wonderful. Sat outside with the fire going and heaters. Absolutely beautiful. Service was slow. Waited over an hour for food but I would definitely go back

We had a very nice dinner. The waiter “Chris” was awesome and very informative! Dinner met our expectations and so did the scrumptious dessert of date cake with banana ice cream!!!!

I was excited to finally eat here. For the amount of money we were prepared to spend, we didnt have the best experience. Food was forgotten, water not filled, utensils/plates forgot about etc.

We were a party of six. Although our waiter was nice and professional when he was at the table, it seemed to take a long time to get his attention when needed. Either he was very busy with other tables or not around. Our table could wait as the gratuity was included.

service was beyond terrible. everything was very slow and very late and a lot of things forgotten. our reservation was at 8pm and we arrived on time and sat immediately. we didn't get any of our drinks until 8.50pm. imagine how long the steak took.
