two girls working in there were rude af. one of them used the wrong ice cream for what i ordered. also literally rolled their eyes when a couple walked in behind me. 45 mins before closing, acted like we were inconveniencing them by coming in at this time. i usually dont leave bad reviews especially if im around their age, but wtf.

Got banana Carmel crunch. I paid extra for extra almond crusts, there's only 2 or 3 max almond crusts. Even though I paid EXTRA for more. Unbelievable. One more to add in to this comment, banana was cut in three pieces. I literally paid 13 dollars for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I don't understand how this location still operates.

The young girl with the hoop earrings and long pink acrylic nails handled cash, did not wash her hands, and proceeded to make my ice cream without gloves. Sanitation out the window.

I've been to this location many times and they always have great service. Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had. The girl mixing my order was very rude, she passed my order to register and we get Summer, she was nice & bubbly to the man ahead of me (white) I thought I was going to get the same service but no, she changed completely as I approach the register was very rude and tossed my to go bag. Colorism at its finest. The ice cream was superb as always.

Kyler is such an amazing cold stone employee. We came with a large order and requested some guidance in choosing the right flavors that would pair well together. Kyler was so patient and helpful and with his expert recommendations we were able to craft and customize the most delicious ice cream we have ever tasted. Thank you for making our ice cream run such a fun and creative experience for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back soon.

We have come twice in 2 weeks for my Son to get a little ice cream. The 1st time, the service was excellent!! She was friendly! 2nd time was like we interrupted something this employee was doing. 1 word communication... blank stares. 0 personality. 1 bad apple.
