The Cupcake Store is amazing! We have used them for several special occassions, including our wedding reception, and they never disappoint. The crew is so helpful and great to work with.We love this place so much. We come in for the Acai bowls just as much as the cupcakes!

We ordered cupcakes for a wedding. They were the absolute best tasting! Made beautifully! They did little while pears on them. The peanut butter cup cakes are amazing!!

Delicious. But few issues and I don't think I'll come back. Had a small selection, and display looked empty. The decoration in the store, the ambiance was great. Customer service was ok, but not great, the lady seemed "uncomfortable", and touched everything with her bare hands. Especially after handling money. Very gross. Hope this can be discussed with all staff. Also why is a mini cupcake $3???

This review is a 0 stars! All the negative reviews certainly make sense and add up! Myself and my family have been loyal customers to Ann's Cupcake Store for years! We have purchased for engagement parties, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, etc. Needless to say we LOVED this place and would never go anywhere else, until today! My husband and I stopped in to see if they still do flavor tasting samples (we wanted to sample the flavors since we haven't had some since the change in ownership). They said no they don't do that. So we just bought a few minis. The mother and daughter were very unfriendly and very unprepared when we came into ask what flavors they have. Ann used to have a lovely counter set up with all the flavors listed. She was also extremely friendly and was always so kind! Now getting onto the cupcakes. Each one we tried was absolutely disgusting! They were all stale and just tasted as if they had been left out for days! The quality of the flavors was just not there. Not only this, but minis are $2.25??????????That is ridiculous!!! Ann's cupcakes were so incredible you could taste and smell every inch of the flavors! We were soooo disappointed and will not be back! We enjoy supporting small bsuiness, but unfortunately they have lost many loyal customers with our family no longer supporting them.

The cupcake store is hands down in a class of their own. They have vegan, gluten-free and dairy -free options. I encourage you to order these 1 week in advance because they fly off the shelves. I have never had a bad flavor but the lemon is popular with my family. Theses cupcakes are so good that the people without dietary restrictions in my family want to eat them too. I have ordered gluten and dairy free cupcakes all over town and no one even comes close
Really good cupcakes. Saturdays are very busy with all of the surrounding dance schools. It’s worth any wait.

As a loyal customer over the past 5-8 years, I'm sad to see that the beautiful kind lady who sold the shop has retired.The attitude and nerve of the new owner/personnel managing this shop are horrible! If they make a mistake and you ask them to fix it, beware! You will become the next target. If you dont want customers to provide there feedback, when you show them the cake, ask them to verify its correct, and it's not correct, then DONT ASK or be ready to make it right! Needless to say, they have completely lost our business, unless the new owner wants to reach out and discuss (I am always open to constructive dialog).All people want is what they ordered and spent there well earned money on, to be correct or corrected (and I don't mean a discount or free goods), I truly mean fixing what was wrong.
