Love Einstein Bagels. I had gone to this location before, and service was not so great, but the last 3 visits have been nothing but fantastic. My weekend joy.
I have been to this Einstein Bagels twice. Both times the cashier was not smiling and was unfriendly. Both just said, "What do you want?". This lasy time we waited over 15 minutes for our food. My husband had to go up and ask why everyone else (those ordering after us) had their food. They just turned around and handed us our food with no comment. We specifically asked if we could have our bagel toasted. It was not. We asked for light shmear, but they gave us extra.

I've eaten at this location before with no issues. This morning, my daughter and I ordered our usual bagel & lox. We waited a long time and when we received our order, the bagels were cold, not toasted as we ordered. In addition, there were hardly any onions (I gave mine to my daughter) and capers, mushy tomatoes, which we both end up removing, and 2 small pieces of lox. I was charged over $9 for each bagel due to the high cost of the lox and then hardly received any. The bagel was served cold and hard instead of toasted and warm. Highly disappointed!

Bagels are good. The rest is not so great. Lines are typically pretty long and service takes a while. This location is a bad spot as well. Some pretty shady characters frequently down there at the end of the trolley stop unfortunately.

Order an Iced Carmel Macchiato and per the online menu when I ordered it should be topped with whip cream and Carmel drizzle. As you can see mine was not. The manager was the one that even made the drink. Any other time I've been there she is rude to staff, never smiles and has a look like I have being here.
Don't know what they're doing. I ordered Tasty Turkey: it was supposed to be toasted, asiago, with spinach, and chive schmear. First sandwich I got was a plain bagel, untoasted, with turkey, mayo and cheddar. Then when I pointed out the mistake, I got another bagel sandwich made. It had the asiago bagel, turkey and the right schmear but still not toasted, (cold!! And hard to chew) and no spinach. Just regular lettuce....In a place like that I can't complain twice or they will spit in my food. But ugh. They also didn't give me my chips. What is the point of giving these people money? Don't do it.

When McDonalds test marketed chorizo burritos here we fell in love. With a great mental effort they decided chorizo burritos would not be popular in a community so heavily influenced by Mexican culture and cuisine. Einstein's has picked up the torch and created a chorizo burrito that is AMAZING by comparison! The bagel geniuses have branched out with a festival of flavor in this AMAZING success!

So I originally just come in and order a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. So I did but as I was waiting for my turkey sausage, my peripherals caught something enticing..... ....the brisket breakfast sandwich. It looked so good I acted upon impulsivity and just added that one to my order . thanks ladies!

This place always has fresh bagels The coffee is great too. Try one of the breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is the Nova Lox minus the capers. It's as close to NYC as I'm going to get. Order ahead if you don't want to wait. They very busy on the weekends. Don't get grumpy, they're doing the best they can. The staff is very nice.
