Do not order the chicken rolled tacos!! The chicken in the tacos were COLD !!! I literally spit it out! I had to reheat the tacos in my air fryer just to eat some. I was so hungry. First of all , We are too close to border to have Mexican food like this! I'm from San Diego and take pride in getting to have some of the best Mexican Food in the US. This was a disgrace! We just picked up 5 chicken rolled tacos. We live 2 minutes up the street from this taco shop and it could not have made the tacos this cold. Go somewhere else for your chicken rolled tacos!

It was good and friendly service although the server said he had many wives and didn’t know what they wanted from him. I found that remark a little bit weird but moving on, I guess it is true that this place is very good, as their food was great and the atmosphere was nice.
Ugh, I usually don't complain, and I absolutely love eating here, but the young man with glasses really needs to have a better attitude. When I was ordering, he kept rolling his eyes and pressuring me to finish ordering and was so disrespectful, the ambiance was pretty nice, clean tables, clean floor. The worst part was getting home and he just threw the hot sauces in the bag like nothing, when I got home my whole meal and bag was covered in salsas. I've been coming here for months, and lately, that young man has just been so disrespectful, this location lost a customer. The other two Estrada's have a lot better, and friendlier customer service especially the location on magnolia, the lady and the 2 young men who work there have alot better attitudes.

A few weeks ago I called ahead a placed a to go order. While paying for my food, I didn't recognize the way my order was written on the screen and asked a question about it. The cashier, a young guy in his early 20's, sighed loudly, rolled his eyes, and angrily and loudly read back my order to me, continuing to talk over me as I apologized for not understanding the way my order appeared on the screen. He then angrily said "is there a problem?" Loud enough for anyone else in the restaurant to hear and in a tone that suggested he'd be willing to fight with me about it. I told him no, finished paying, said thank you, and left. I work in customer service and have for many years. I understand that customers can being frusterating, and I always keep that in mind when interacting with service workers because I don't want to be that person. However, this interaction has stuck with me because of how misplaced his anger was. I do not work there, and because of that, I do not know how this particular restaurant displays menu items on the register screen, and all I did was ask about it. I wasn't rude, I wasn't loud, and I wasn't condescending. I hope this reaches the right people and that this guy doesn't treat anyone else this way in the future. I will unfortunately not be back, even though the food is really good.

Came here Sat Jan 12th 10:15am. Dude w glasses running the register is definitely NOT FRIENDLY and WELCOMING, NO PERSONALITY or SMILE at all and looks mad even. Not sure whos doing the hiring there. Jus cuza that I wont come back. Altho food is good but owner needsto look into the customer service part of this. This is a business make people feel like its a business.

We have been here a few times and everytime we have had extremely good service and above excellent food.We had three California burritos and they are super big and filling. The meat is freshly cooked and you can see the cooks grill everything.We will definitely come back here.

I've been to this place many times, and the service never lacks. I've been coming to this shop for years. When I was in school I would come in nearly 2 times a week. The staff genuinely care for their customers. I will continue to bring my business here
