The service was great, My mom likes her bacon very well done and most places bring her bacon that's not to her liking. The chef cooked her bacon perfectly for her, and all of our food was really delicious. The waitress was very nice as well. Good food, happy customers. We will be back!! Terrible! The only silver lining to our lunch was that the over worked server was very polite and professional.The management needs to hire and invest more on their people. They must have only one cook in the kitchen as we were not served for about 45 minutes.Aside from that, there was a "problem" with the pancake. This is the second time, in two visits, that IHOP botched our meal and visit. We're not sure if we're enthusiastic enough to go the third time.

My family and I went to ihop around 11 am. We came in the door and waited more than 10 minutes before someone even noticed We were waiting. They sat us at a booth, which was a very tight fit. Our server came by and asked what we'd like to drink, but when she returned with our drinks, only half were correct. They let us keep the extra drinks with no extra charge and brought out the correct ones. When it came to ordering, I wanted to make a change on the ham in the traditional eggs benedict.I love eggs benedict but noticed their traditional eggs benedict it came with black forest ham instead of a ham steak. The waitress gave me a weird vibe like that was a bother. However, she did put in my order how I asked. Typically, the hollandaise sauce at other restaurants like my favorite Omelet factory down the street would be creamy and very flavorful. This Hollandaise at ihop was very watery looking and flavorless. The english muffin didn't even feel like they toasted it at all. I will say the coffee was very good and they did have a yummy vanilla creamer I like. I just feel I get better tasting eggs benedict at Omelet factory than here at ihop, and it's less money at Omelet factory, too. I don't think I would go back to ihop again. I prefer going to a family owned restaurant.

Honestly, it was the amount of time it took for ordering and the food to come out. I only saw one waitress for the whole restaurant and at 5:30 pm on a Sunday, not acceptable. Everyone was waiting and patient about it, but it felt rushed, and you certainly couldn't get her back if you needed anything else.

Went for breakfast with my son. The waitress took the order; 30 min still didn’t bring apple juice but then told us computer went down. Orders got backed up. Lost another guys table order and another table asked for ranch 25 min laterShe ask if he was ok he kindly said still waiting in my ranch to eat! My food came it was warm; but got the bill and was overcharged.. she said she would adjust it and still charged my card the wrong amount. Then gave me $5 cash back for the error out of her pocket. The kicker was she mouthed wow, people change quickly… like hello you couldn’t remember what you were doing…….

Food was fine, people were nice, but service was terrible. Didn't return to table for over 30 minutes after serving food. Didn't return to pick up check, though told me she was to take it. Over 10 more minutes waiting. Finally went to register, waited longer as no one was there & no one came until I flagged someone down. Restaurant was not busy. Family seated after me had the same experience. Will not be back anytime soon.

I was there at 9:25 pm, music loudly on and all lights on, the doors were locked however. I even tried to call 4 times, no one would answer the phone either. They do not close at 10pm apparently.

We were told the wait would be "15 minutes max". 45 minutes later we were seated. Although the waitress was pleasant, Service took forever. Our eggs were stone cold but by the time we saw our waitress again, we had finished our pancakes and other food.This is the second bad experience at two different IHOPs.Way to expensive for the the food and experience.Disappointing.
