The ladies in the 12pm shift here are awesome and the food is always fresh. Went there 4 days last week and all four days service was excellent and food was fresh. On point.

Never drive through there at night took me 20 minutes in and out to get my food and I ordered curly fries and got regular fries WHO ORDERS REGULAR FRIES AT JACK IN THE BOX!!!!!!!

Asked for tacos with extra sauce and they had no sauce in them, asked for taco sauce packets, didn’t get
Slow lines, you will be sitting there forever! If you have the chance to go somewhere else, just do it. The food is never good, sloppy service and last time I went I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my daughter, come home only to learn it was still raw! Cheap, fast food but not worth the money.

I ordered a Jack's munchie meal this morning (11/14/23) in between 8:30-9:00AM and while the order was made correctly, the fries were a dissapointment. They were bland, cold and as if they were from yesterday and fried again. They were not edible and hard as a rock, with a small hair attached on a fry. I understand that as a restauranteur you will sometimes need to take shortcuts but quality should never be one of them.

Wife pulled into the drive-thru at 1:30 AM to place an order. The order included coffee. She was told they currently did not have coffee ready. She inquired if some could be brewed. The male order taker told her she was (curse word) out of luck. She was going to continue her order and was told to go elsewhere, "order cancelled." Unprovoked and laughing, he began cursing calling her obscene names. This is absolutely unacceptable. Obviously the guy does not value his job. As my wife drove past the pick-up window, the order taker was hiding. My wife went to another Jack's and mentioned what had just occurred. She was told they often hear complaints about the Mast Blvd establishment. The Mast Blvd employees conduct is reprehensible.
