I come to this jack in the box about 4 times a week and today at 5 pm, I was served by the worst worker in the world.1- He didn't even look at my face while he was helping me.2- She was talking to her friend on the phone while she was assisting me3- He didn't give me my receipt4-I asked her to please give me ketchup and ranch, and not only did she not give it to me, she closed the drive thru window when I told her to have a good day5- She gave me my cold foodI will never come back, I will go to the in n out better

Went here late at night after picking up family from the airport. Service was quick and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. Food was fresh even considering it was 10pm! They had us pull around to wait for the food and brought it to us in the rain! Great service!

CHARGING EXTRA for one single dipping sauce blows my mind. Extra charges for dipping sauce is outrageous considering the prices of everything has recently increased across the board. Prices are nearly double what they were pre pandemic. One ranch dipping sauce with a purchase isn’t too much to ask, cept here.

I ordered my food over 30 mins ago. Thinking that this Jack in the box was 24 hrs. Since it says it's open 24 hrs. That was a lie.They need to update their hrs of operation.

Today is veterans Day and as a decorated combat vet I was turned away from this location I went in and asked "do this location honor veteran today" the cashier with a sign said no we don't with a little bit of attitude as if I was a vagrant looking for a hand out.

10/14/23 - decided to see what this boba drink at this location was all about. It is offered at only a few spots. There are just 3 to choose from. None to choose are traditional Boba. Spent $6 for it. Ordered the Vanilla. The Boba came out looking like a milkshake. Tried it, Yuck and I threw it away. Just a milkshake with boba at the bottom. Very thick and the boba was the worst I have had. 1 star for the drink. Don't get this. See photos.
