Fresh food and great service. I love using the app to order for pickup. The staff are great and always have my order promptly waiting. The sandwiches and bowls are great with lots of variety. I noticed they recently added some new bowl options for those that like to cut carbs. This is my go to when I'm in a hurry, the kids are hungry, and I want good tasting food.

******I have bought Sandwiches there Several times over 4 + years. Service Normally quite Good.****** Yesterday 9/10/23 the Staff was put to a test at approx 2PM buy When arrogant Individual Wearing his Covid Mask accimpanied by his Daughter (?) He about 40,She maybe 15 (??)****** His 2 Sandwiches took up the time that possibly 5 Orders might have been put thru. He insisted upon dialogue 2ith e Emplyees at one time directing in Minute detail every tiny Food item included in his Two orders . He was like Kevin Clark on steroids.******* I was approaching the Boiling point standing behind him as He Sucked up Total attention from the Staff. My oder though Written down was not started until his diatribes concluded and He paid at the Register which was another long Song & Dance. ****** A possible incident/confrontation was in the Works but at age 76 now I'm not the same Guy anymore.****** My 2 Orders When Finished Finally ate up at least 4 Times the usual time for one Cold/One Grilled Sandwich. Only one other Customer there throughout any of this.******* I try never to Give a Hard Time to People in any Service Capacity, but this Arrogant self Absorded Loud Bastard was all about himself. He Enjoted the attention.

On 8/7/23, I was not happy with my delivered oder. I requested no onions, onions were on it. Mayo was supposed to be on the sandwich, no mayo. Had to take the sandwich apart to take the onions off and add mayo. Very skimpy with the meat and bacon... AND the bread was STALE - like it was sitting around for a few days (since it was a Mini sandwich). Never ordering there again.

3/30/23- did an online order for 2 sandwiches. It was at 5:50pm. On lines it states it will be ready at 6:11pm. Just chillin in the car until 6:10pm and will go in. Will take a few photos of the inside this time. Just earned the Duke award for this place. Sweet. More to come. Starting again at 1 star. 2 more for customer service and 2 stars for the quality of the food. Time will tell. See the photos. 6:12pm and they are still working on the order. Told me they will say my name when it's done. We will see. 6:17pm and waiting. Several persons walked in to order. Hmmm. Wonder if they will get their items before me? Ok. It's 6:20pm and I walked up to ask about the status. My bag is sitting there to go and they forgot to tell me. 2 stars for the quality of the food, 1 star for the internet order and ZERO stars for customer service. They weren't that busy to tell me it was ready. My bad was the only one there. A photo when I walked in it was packed and customers walked in and grabbed theirs and out. Couldn't remember 1 bag there and I was sitting there. May not go back here again.

Had a Sub Club was delicious. The main reason I choose Mike's is for their pepper relish, reminds me of Mim's Hoagie Shop in Chambersburg, PA as a child growing up there. The staff at Mike's are cheerful, and this particular night were working hard to produce all their outgoing orders.

I went in around 1:30 today, and the service was amazing! the employees who made my sandwich were fantastic! the manager however was being very rude...not sure what that was about. I felt bad for the employees.
staff on the line was great! Food tested good. The shift leader was very rude and disrespectful to the employees which made me very uncomfortable. I will not be back at this location.

Great Service but no Cell Service so that sucks. They should have their own Wifi or something for their customers. I will likely use a different store next time.

I've been seeing commercials for Jersey Mike's for a few weeks now and finally decided to try them out. Arrived at this location at about 11:30am and was there less than 10 minutes. I ordered the #8 regular sandwich (Club), chips and a drink. Total came to $14.46 which was a little pricey for just me but prices on everything these days is crazy. The sandwich was delicious, however, not Board and Brew delicious. Jersey Mike's is easily my second favorite sandwich place now. Definitely worth a trip for lunch.

I stood there for almost 10 minutes before any of the employees took my order (mind you i was the only one there), 4 of them to be exact. All they did was look at me and said nothing until I asked if anyone was going to take my order. After asking it took about another 4 minutes or so for them to take my order....first time to to this location but there won't be a second time that's for sure...horrible customer service.
