I have yet to go to this location where they are either out of items or the wait in the drive-through isn't shorter then 35

Kaylie Tate was rude and the service we had gotten from the GM Sheera was ridiculous. Whoever owns this Panera needs to get it together because it has never been this bad before. People in the front lines have very colorful language. Don’t bring your kids here unless you want to be disrespected by botha managers and employees, and teach your kids foul language from the cooks in the front. Don’t go here.

The wait time, is ridiculous, plus the order was incorrect numerous times, I’m done purchasing items at this point.

This location was a family favorite for more than two years. Now, due to false accusations by staff at the Santee location against me, I no longer want to dignify the company with me or my family's visits when eating out. Unfortunately, I paid for the year of Sip Club and I really don't think that they want to give my money back.

I waited for 30 minutes (I’m not exaggerating I timed it) for my small Mac and cheese and 1 single sandwich. I’m not sure why it took so long because there was no one else in line when I got there. I saw 2 other customers get served before me when they got the same amount of food. I was pretty frustrated that it took so long. $25 for not much food and 30 minutes of waiting around when I had a simple order and arrived during a slow time. They also were out of the bread my favorite sandwich comes on. This happens almost every time I go to Panera so I thought this time I’ll go earlier. I went at 4PM and they still were out of it. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

I have eaten at other Panera locations and usually love it. But I have spent over $100 on 2 meals for 2 at the santee location and both times the sandwiches were horrible. The first time my order wasn't even correct and I waited a very long time. There was barely any meat and it was all just balled up in the middle. Will never go to this location again.

Haven’t came in a while, and when I did was to get soup for my grandmother who mainly wanted the baguette with it, yet the workers just have her soup with chips, no bread, just CHIPS!

Good, healthy, little more expensive than I'd like but for the healthy food definitely worth it.

Kid-friendliness: There are foods a kid would enjoy on the Panera menu.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair ramp and parking a placed right next to the front door.

Every time I come here I wait in the drive thru >15min. Would rather go to Submarina for a better sandwich, better price and less wait! Never coming back.
