Food is really good there, I like their Bueno Dias burrito. The serving staff is a bit lack luster but the building is nice for a Mexican take out place.

We started going to santanas when they first opened. We stopped going for a couple of years due to some not so good experiences. Earlier this month we decided to give them another chance and we were very pleased with the food so we went again today and the food was again delicious. I can see they have a much better cook, so we will be returning customers. Thank you for making much needed improvements.

Food is alright. They lowered the quality of meat and raised prices. With inflation I don't blame them but don't lower your quality. Just be transparent with your customers. For their carne asada they used to use shoulder (which was decent) now they use sirloin tip (which is tough and part of the leg muscle) they also forgot my tortillas for my carne asada plate which is just basic. I also asked for no crema on my quesadilla and they didn't care they still put it in there 3 stars cause you guys are alright but it's hard to recommend this place. I hope the guy making the food washes his hands often because he has no gloves on. They also took like 15 minutes just for two items and cars were just piling up behind me. I can't imagine how long they were waiting for. There was only one car in front of me. If there is two cars waiting... I'd just leave.

Had a bad experience a few years ago and thought I would give Santana's another try. Pulled up and parking lot was empty. Waited for two minutes at the drive-thru order screen before somebody asked for my order. I gave my order, a burrito and drive up. There was one person in front of and they received their food within a few minutes. I pull up to the window and nothing. Nobody came to the window to take or anything. For ten minutes, I sat and waited. Somebody else ordered food and the guy taking the order did not come to the window. After ten minutes, I drove away without my food. It was not busy and no reason at all for such shoddy service. I won't give them another chance.

My brother and I love coming here. Their carne asada fries are so crispy and the meat is so tender. Hands down my favorite fast food Mexican food.

This location is extremely over priced for what it is. $16 carne asada plate? If you want rice and beans its another $4. There's other comparable restaurants in the immediate area that aren't priced gouging. I understand shrinkflation, I understand the cost of doing business.
