Have ordered and picked up many sandwiches here over the years and almost always have a positive experience for customer service and food quality. Super convenient to be able to get food while at the liquor store. My only complaint is that sometimes the sandwiches come out a bit sloppy or lack some toppings or sauce. Still would recommend to anyone nearby!

Hubby rode his bike down, with coupon "buy any (bold print for any) foot long get one free. Well I guess in the fine print that doesn't cover the cali-fresh sandwiches. So didn't have enough money to pay for both, he said he would pay for one and ride back to get other with more money to pay for other. But was not treated nicely, won't be back. Though he did go back and pay for the 2nd. If your coupon says "Any" honor it !

Whoever is the manager or the assistant manager or whoever is in charge of the scheduling for their employees at this Subway needs to do better. We came here to grab a sandwich so that we can have a picnic on Saturday evening and there was only one employee and almost a line out the door. You can tell the employee was very exhausted and he did his best to really provide good customer service - which he did! He did a great job and still provided great service. My frustration here is.. why is there only one person scheduled to work on a Saturday around dinner time? As things are getting back to normal, business will get busier. This poor kid needed a break and needed assistance, but there was no one else there. If I was the employee and was treated this way, I would probably call corporate HR to file a complaint because this is not okay. If he is the only person working a long shift for dinner per California law, he needs a 30 min break within 5 hours of his shift. Yes he can waive it but if he's forced to waive it because there is no other employee, then we have a problem. 5 stars for the employee busting his a** off. 0 stars to management.
