Just had about 5 or 6 dishes, chow fun, broccoli w beef, potstickers, shu mai, vegetable stir-fry....each one was perfect, not overdone, just the right amount of sauce and not crazy prices either. Very prompt! I picked it up at the restaurant and brought it home. It was still hot! Totally recommended!

I was very sad that I caved into a guilty craving - crab rangoon and it was the opposite of what i like about the dish normally. was expecting creamy, mild and sweet -- but was extremely garlicy, not creamy or sweet. hot and sour soup tasted pretty good but the prawns in it were clearly farmed and toxic tasting. portion sizes were generous, but recipes need upgrade.

This restaurant offers fresh and delicious food. They also listen to concerns and genuinely care about their customers!

Great food and quick! Got pork fried rice, Mongolian beef and potstickers for carryout. My car smelled so good...and it was extra tasty once I got it home!

My husband and I were craving Chinese food. Which is unusual for us and we remembered This restaurant from years ago and how good it was. We were so so disappointed with the food. It must be different owners and the food was oily greasy marginal food. So sad to say this but the whole place needs an upgrade.

Feng Nian has best Chinese food in Marin! The ingredients are always fresh. They are very accommodating when I order and ask for something to be specifically made as plant based/vegan. There are great options on the menu already for vegans like myself. I recommend Feng Nian Chinese Restaurant for their delicious and healthy style of cooking.

Solid meh experience. Slow service, uninspiring food. Go to Tommy's Wok across the street instead if you want some Chinese food.

This is a very nice restaurant. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food.It was my wife's and my first time here, but it won't be our last!

update on this place. Tommy's Wok across the street was horrible two weeks ago so I went back to Feng Nian. Food was great. Mongolian Beef is the best around. Everything was very good except they have the worst fried rice ever. It is just steamed white rice and the guy tosses it in the wok for a minute and they call it fried rice. Best fried rice anywhere is Yet Wah in San Rafael, but that is the only thing there that is good at Yet Wah

It says on their website, modern interpretation of Chinese dishes, but I didn't experience this anywhere at this restaurant? The food is heavy, salty, and just old-style Chinese food. I saw a sign outside that said Cantonese. I was so delighted to think that there might be a real Cantonese restaurant in Marin. But there was nothing Cantonese about it. I highly suggest they get a really good Cantonese chef and change their menu! Also, it would be really nice if they didn't clean the tables right next to other people eating. The cleaner they use is really toxic. They could just try plain lemon water or maybe a little bit of vinegar water. Or better yet, wait till people leave and then clean the table!!
