We heard so much about this place, we came over from San Francisco specifically to try it out! What a perfect spot to have a taste of some amazing wines and an array of incredible cheeses and crackers. You walk inside and it’s a little shop with a bar counter on the right. You order what you like and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view!! I am so looking forward to coming back on my next visit. Make it a point to stop in, you won’t be disappointed!!

Admittedly, Sausalito's Real Napa is a tourist spot and one, as a local, that I'd be hard pressed to ever set out for as a destination. But having popped in here twice in the past three years I find that it has something different to offer; different, that is, in relation to all of the other tourist spots where one might pop into for a glass of wine in Sausalito. What Real Napa offers is a low key chance to enjoy a glass of wine outdoors and across the street from one of the loveliest stretches of Sausalito's open water. Three years ago, from my seat at Real Napa, I watched a gentleman across the street spring a marriage proposal upon his girlfriend. He'd chosen a lovely site for the proposal and it was fun and memorable to experience vicariously from my seat across the Bridgeway Promenade. Outfitted with heat lamps, Real Napa is a place where you order at the bar, select a table outside, and await delivery of your order. I could do without the canned '80s music that plays throughout but appreciate that the volume was such that it was easy to converse above. Real Napa isn't doing anything grand but as they say in real estate, "location, location, location". Real Napa has it and it's a chill space from which to enjoy a good wine selection and beautiful views. Every once in a while it's fun to play tourist without leaving town.

Thanks for having wine tasting, being nice to dogs and locals, not hovering and allowing people to just enjoy and BE. Thank you for having friendly calm staff

We went in during the closing hours of the shop on a Saturday evening and we quite liked the warmth of the place and the sweet talk of the lady who ran the "show". Got tempted to buy a Vegan tote bag but found it a bit pricey. She kind of sweet talked us into it and made us buy, only to come home and realize that it was marked by $40! I understand that there are real leather goods and fake ones. The ones I saw online matched exactly to the one I purchased. Calling them up only resulted in an absolute arrogant and entitled voice that said that they won't take returns! So much for encouraging women-run business! No business ethics, greed and rude to the core!

We stopped in for a glass of wine and ended up getting a snack (Tour de Fromage) and another glass of wine. The service was terrific, as was the conversation we had with our server (Lydia?) and another customer. The selection of wines and wine related items in the shop was quite interesting. We will definitely visit again during a future trip to SF.

Great selection of wines grown in the region. Friendly staff. Nice place to have a glass overlooking the bay and city.

This is a fun shop with a wine tasting bar inside and seats outside on the boardwalk. We wanted a tasting but that was only available with food, so we just had a glass outside and enjoyed the late afternoon views of San Francisco. The server was very kind and professional.

We did a wine tasting with Kim and not only was she knowledgeable about the wines Real Napa offered, she was friendly and helpful. Not being from the area, we didn’t know which places we should visit…Kim brought us a handwritten list of places to visit while in San Fran. She checked on us multiple times and really made us feel welcome when other places in the area did not.If we are ever back in the area…we will absolutely be stopping in to see Kim again (the wine was great too!)

Extremely rude presence. Walked out immediately after given attitude just trying to walk in the door when the other, more optimal door was being forcibly blocked by a chair. An “excuse me” by the waitress could have sufficed. Instead my friend and I, both annoyed, walked out and received the same exact encounter again, but with the other waiter who audibly sighed as if completely inconvenienced by us just trying to exit through the only door option.

Lidia hooked it up. We walked in eight before closing and she didn't mind or rush us at all. We didn't know what to get but she made amazing recommendations and we had a great time. We asked her to take a picture and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the right angles. I can't say enough about this place and specifically Lidia. Highly recommended.

Lydia was amazing! She knew exactly what we wanted with little info, and hooked us up with dinner plans too! If you are in the area go see Lydia for a great tasting ?

Good wine selection. This was our second visit of the Real Napa and we love Lydia, the sommelier. Incredible friendly and soft energy. She is the best in creating a positive experience for the customers. It was great way to start the Christmas week festivities with Fotsch Syrah she recommended.
