The risotto pescatore was not cooked correctly. It was too soft. It was more like eating plain rice tossed in tomato sauce. I do not recommend it.

Pathetic quality of food and service. We ordered 5 dishes and drinks and got only 2 dishes in an hour. No apologies from the staff. The food we got was oily and disgusting. I usually write good reviews but I wouldn't wish this restaurant on my enemies. Doordash instead.

It was definitely an off night. We have been here several times and enjoyed it but last night we were all disappointed. The restaurant was not busy so there was no reason for the slow service! Food was also mediocre! Fish and chips tasted like grease!

Great food! I enjoyed a lot! They even had non-alcoholic beer for me!Also liked the design inside. All walls made of real wood!

Service is horrible. The old bar tender with glasses was very rude. Not a good place if you want to sit and enjoy the food and water view. Recommend the Spinnaker which is 0.25 mile down the road.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants when I came to visit my grandparents in Marin. I went to SF for work and took the ferry to Sausalito and this was about a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal so I thought I’d stop by.I noticed right away that it was dead at peak lunch hour, but perhaps that was just the one instance. I used to always come for dinner so maybe it’s still packed. The portions were so small, especially for the price, and the quality did not match. The gulf prawns were tough, rubbery, and overcooked; the crab cakes were super processed with minuscule pieces of crab with lots of filler, really can’t say I recommend this place anymore. The view is nice and the nostalgia is there for me, which is why it’s a 2 star as opposed to 1.I had this sampler plus a bowl of clam chowder, which came out to about $60 with just water to drink. I one to enjoy food in all shapes and sizes, regardless of price or ambiance. Think tacos/hot dogs from some guys truck at Home Depot to $700 3 Michelin starred tasting menus. My point is, this, given its taste and quality, was absolutely not worth it from any standpoint. You can get the same, if not, better view with a $6 ice cream cone from downtown Sausalito. Maybe I’ll return someday for their roasted Dungeness crab, which was my favorite as a kid, I’m hoping that hasn’t changed for the worse as this place has in general.

We had a great experience here for lunch! We were looking for clam chowder and asked a local shopkeeper for a recommendation. Seafood Peddler it is! They were able to seat us immediately in the little alcove on the second floor with a lovely view of the harbor. We had their lunch bowl of clam chowder, lobster bisque, and a few lobster rolls around our table. We really enjoyed the soups, and the sandwiches were stacked with lobster. Fries were great! Prices for the rolls were a bit steep, but to be expected. Our service was good - I loved how they pour the soup into the bowl at your table so it stays hot. Food came out crazy fast, which made for more time to explore!

This was our first time at this location and a group of 6 friends were gathering for a birthday. The food and service were great - very friendly, professional staff. We all enjoyed our meals. We'll be back!
