Didn’t expect the food here would be so good. If you visit here, definitely try Penne Della casa pasta.

Yesterday I had the worst sandwich I have ever been served. A meatball sandwich that had been microwaved because the plate was burning hot and the bread was rubber. I tried to cut it in half, but the knife would not cut through the bread. Unbelievable.

My husband had to straight up perform CPR on me when we started eating because one bite into the tiramisu, I died and went to Heaven. Heaven was interesting. All of the angels there wore "Taste of Rome" tee shirts and sat around drinking Taste of Rome cappuccinos (which were, admittedly, quite heavenly). When I told the angels how I ended up dead, they nodded understandingly and several admitted they, too, also died and went to Heaven after one bite of the tiramisu. One passed after a bite of the cheesy garlic bread. It's a good thing we live 1.5 hours away, otherwise I'd be here every day depleting their tiramisu supply. There can't possibly be a better one ANYWHERE.

This is one of my favorite restaurants on Earth. Sadly it's getting a little sloppy. Never know if, what, and when the entertainment is, and I had the worst muscle special I've had there in 7 years. It seems many of the evolved Spanish staff are weak. I called the other day and am finally answered with someone briskly saying "hello?" to which I inquired "Is this Taste Of Rome?"Come on, you are one of my favorite restaurants. Shape Up.
Looking for a delicious pizza & authentic Italian food in the heart of Sausalito? This is your happy place!! You can't go wrong with your order here. The most amazing thing is they serve vegetarian pizza & caprese sandwiches which are superb combined with freshly squeezed orange juice (or your choice of beverage).#Happy Eating ?

I was in the neighborhood and always pass by the Taste of Rome. I was in the mood for lasagna and wanted to give this place a try. The portion was a good size and had simple flavors. The dish was accompanied with a couple pieces of garlic bread. Come for the tiramisu! I really enjoyed it. The other desserts also looked delicious. The restaurant had about ten tables indoors and the had an NBA game on their big screen. The service was good. You go to the bar the order and pay for your food. Then the kitchen staff delivers it to your table. Looking forward to trying more desserts:)

One of the few restaurants which are open for breakfast in Sausalito. We ordered a bunch of items and everything had the right taste and price value.I would recommended this restaurant to anyone everyone around Sausalito.
