So I was visiting friends in Scott's Valley and I was hungry for some Japanese food. They said oh - go to Otoro. Off to lunch I went. Walking in during the busy lunch hour I was happily greeted and seated promptly. The sushi here is soooo delicious! Perfect portions and the quality is so fresh and so good. Their dynamic oysters are one of our favs as they use aïoli sauce, and the specials are always tasty. We usually get the shishito peppers with truffle salt and the tuna tataki sashimi. We also get the sake flights with our sushi. It's a bit pricey but perfect for date nights. Awesome sushi and fast service. To be honest, you are really missing out if you are in Scott's Valley for dinner and don't come here.
