A Chai drink cost $7 and it wasn't very good. Pastries were unremarkable, defiantly not worth the price either. Would not recommend this spot especially since there are so many other coffee shops to choose from in the area.

Super cool ambience and very indie/hip inside. Service was awesome! Good quality beans for sale (they sell and use 11th hour coffee) Unfortunately, Our coffee was so bad. We ordered an americano (it was watery, more than it should have been and the espresso was clearly not dialed in), a cappuccino (again not great espresso and not great foam), and a breve mocha (barely sweet with an extreme amount of foam. The foam couldn't even be considered cappuccino foam as it was so airy. almost two inches of the cup was foam)

Stopped here after doing the handcar tour in Marina. Lovely drinks, lovely vibe. Ordered the chai latte and was blown away. It had an extra pepper kick that was amazing!

Unfortunately the sitting budda with sunglasses and cigar in hand that you can see in this establishment does not offset the awful coffee in this place and the staggering price for it - 2% milk and a large latte - 12oz - that's a 'tall' in sbux terms - $7.50 !!! - tall about being ripped off ! The bakery cabinet just had two sad pastries sitting in it - we did not try - still this coffee place for whatever reason beer so I guess you can drown the miserable coffee cost in a beer instead ! - for the coffee cost they need to obviously offset the beer license cost for that - a whole collection of vinyl records if you're into listening to crackle and pop ! What you need - Cooool ! Avoid this place !

Cool coffee shop. Good place to sit and enjoy a cup. And they are the only place around that is open earlyish.

Most expensive coffee shop I’ve been to but not bad. I was shocked that my iced latte costed $9. After taxes ten something. But it did taste good. The other reviews said their latte was $8 so they must’ve raised the prices.

The coffee is fine, but very expensive. The pastries and sandwiches are average, but once again very expensive.

Mediocre Gibraltar. Too much milk. The Fiselle was also meh (no need for that much mayo), we hate wasting food but took a bite and tossed it. The turntable and record collection are fun but maybe focus on improving the coffee and pastry selections.

Good coffee and our pastry was fresh. However, it cost 10$ for a regular sized almond milk latte. Insanity. Update: just realized they also charged .50 cents for iced. Ridiculous.

Came here for coffee and pastries on a Sunday morning. The space has a really cool atmosphere--spacious, mismatched tables and chairs, tie-dyed shirts for sale, and a shrine-like area with lots of glittery statues. I got the Gibraltar, which was delicious, and the croissant dough cinnamon roll was also tasty. The owner and employees were all super friendly explaining the unusual menu items (purple haze, undertow...)

Cool vibe and ambiance, however No Gluten Free food options? This is California right?

Overpriced for what it is. Waited 20min for 4 coffees.

Great experience overall. First time trying a golden latte and I absolutely would recommend! The service was great but the atmosphere felt a little unfinished - dirty even. The person behind the counter was very sweet and I could tell he enjoyed what he did and making customers happy. If you're in the area, this is a great spot.

Ordered two lattes on a Saturday morning. The milk was sour in both of them. Didn't realize til we drove away. Very unfortunate, especially when they were $7 each.

Serves good coffee but I won’t recommend eating here as this cafe has lots of houseflies.
