Honestly, just had one of the best meals out I’ve had for a while. Everything (everything including jam, bread, spicy sauce & catsup on top of the meal itself) fresh made farm to table and it was all delicious. Highly recommend. Went for lunch and I’m so stuffed I’ll unlikely to need dinner but it was all too good to save. Great folks running all three locations

After reading a review left by a displeased patron Nancy… I decided to give this place a try. Though I did find her review incredibly entertaining, it also reflected poorly upon this business. Ya know?? poor Nancy had to leave her fries untouched. Often I feel like people go out of their way to write about an unpleasant experience and infrequently take the time to share about an above average or even spectacular encounter. That being said, this place is fantastic. Food is great, staff is friendly and informed. No wait worth complaining about. Unless you’re Nancy.Keep up the good work Americana. We love you.Dietary restrictions: Handful of gluten free and vegetarian options also local and sustainable. Yummy!!

The food is consistently great and the service is always prompt and friendly. This is the same at all locations. So glad there is now a location in Sebastopol.

A local redirected us to the restaurant as we deliberated on where to feed our kids. The food is better than a greasy spoon but it doesn’t stand out against other breakfast places. It’s more expensive than most breakfast spots but it’s to be expected since the ingredients are locally sourced. My kid was exceptionally disappointed with the flavor of his waffle, the small dollop of whipped cream, and the few tablespoons of oranges and apples on top instead of traditional toppings like berries. Servers worked hard but seemed understaffed. The minimum tip for credit card was 20%. I might be judging too harshly, I’m a bit of a curmudgeon about getting breakfast.

Spectacular food! Great service! Wonderful people! Had the ham Benedict with the tangy hot sauce. The best!

I had a lovely lunch yesterday with three of my friends for birthday celebrations. I had a patty melt which was absolutely delicious with onion rings. My other friend had a fried chicken sandwich and the other one had the mushroom sandwich. All of our meals were absolutely delicious. We had freshly squeezed oj screwdrivers, also yummy. Our server was wonderful. He was new to the job and he did a fantastic job serving us and taking care of our needs which weren't very many. But he was very attentive because the service was awesome! You will not be disappointed if you check out the sebastopol location. Bon appetit!

Food quality is so good. Everything g is homemade- even the ketchup (which is devine!) The owner is a family guy who values real food. So appreciate this place!

this restaurant deserves to be in a suffisticated town like Sebastopol with it's culture and history preserved for all of us to enjoy . Definitely a combination of what we should respect and enjoy as long as we can.

I have been to SR location and I was very impressed with everything! Sebastopol service was good, and food was sub par. My $24 chicken sandwich was small, the chicken was lost in the mix as it was so small.. I felt like I was eating a nice bun with coleslaw! Super disappointed

Wow. The grilled chicken sandwich was unbelievably good. The bread was amazing it was grilled and butter. No griddle grease here. Wonderful Smokey bacon perfect perfectly cooked. Loved it!Bottomless Arnold Palmer was also excellent. The salad was salty. No problem. What a great lunch! We came on a Saturday. Very busy but they had everything under control.

This was one of the most expensive-for-the-quality and disappointing meals I have had. First, I never write reviews. Secondly, I never pass up fries. But these fries were so dry and flavorless that I left almost the whole serving untouched. My friend and I split our order of a patty melt w/fries, side salad, fried chicken sandwich w/onion rings. The patty melt was nothing special & unevenly cooked. The chicken sandwich was so dry tough & flavorless it was barely worth eating. The onion rings came with 4 large rings heavily battered & too greasy to eat and had no seasoning. The food was definitely not worth $32 each nor the wait.We were there for 1 1/2 hrs of which 1hr 10mins was waiting time. The one waitress was as sweet as could be, worked really hard, & was clearly overwhelmed but did a good job of not showing it. We watched the other front staff member do 1/3 of the work and was clearly not a team player. I do think the products are fresh and love that they’re locally sourced. Unfortunately, not prepared in a way that serves it justice. Most everything was dry and overcooked. More staff could help resolve some issues. But they really need to improve the seasoning, flavor, & cooking time.
