A year after an injury left me barely able to walk for many months, I joined the 21-day program feeling like an absolute beginner. Two 21-day camps later, I joined as a member. I felt so supported and encouraged every step of the way! For example, today, Jen told me I looked like a street fighter, which is exactly what I'm going for as a mother of five in my forties. Best gym in Sebastopol! Range of classes from yoga, TRX, Pilates, circuit, bootcamp. Great community, instructors and fun challenges. AND a great juice and coffee bar for post workout!

Laura provided me with exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, personable, patient, helpful, and very professional. It was my first time here and she helped me find a very good juice called kale ale and helped me buy something called activated something which is good for teeth whitening, facials, and etc. It was my first time there and I will be definitely returning back. Thanks again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!
