“I just found out they took $40 off my debt card to add to my Starbucks card, but I said add $20 not $40 ! Now trying to call them, the phone line is busy non stop. So I guess I’ll have to call the main Starbucks phone number, I’ve never had this happen before. I’m very upset about it, if I hadn’t checked my bank account I would’ve never known. Not too happy with this location right now, I’ve been there lots of times. Usually no problem, but this isn’t right at all.“
“I like this Starbucks, the wait is not as bad after the high school rush, avoid it after school and right before school, during the summer the rush is not as bad. Staff are always friendly. Best time to come is around 9am, they can not redeem any free drinks from the Starbucks app at this location and they do not offer mobile order pick up. Great selection of cups and it is clean.“
