The falls on the app are that you can't order on there ahead of time but is quickly overshadowed by the phenomenal and refreshing service given by the wonderful staff and extremely exceptional customer service. I thought I would miss the Rally's that was there previously but i was quickly won over by the successor of Dutch Bros. Like a coffee shop Ice cream parlor absolutely great!
