Very disappointed… first & last time here. There was over 4 staff personnel, one decided it was more important to restock unnecessary items. The team needed help, they were super slow, it was taking all 4 of them to help out for each order instead of them taking on a order each. There’s a few more cons i can mention…On another hand food was really good! Corn in a cup with takis & a mango diablito, but wouldn’t go back.

Went today to get some drinks and paletas. The girls attending were rude but I thought it was due to a full place. During my visit, which lasted approximately 10 minutes, there had been a spill on the floor entirely left unattended nor cleaned. The floor was a danger as people were not noticing and could have easily slipped on it.The girls at the counter ringing up the customers tried to ring up the person behind me ahead of me and I informed her that I had been in line and waiting before that customer to which I got an eye roll and a rude response. The drinks were fine. The place was full. The place is cute but the mess was a worry of how they owners and staff care for their business and customers.

If I could give zero stars I would! Waited 10 minutes and other people with no manners were getting served before me! I was a regular customer until today! Lots of help but the incompetence showed clearly that nobody knew what they were doing! Lots of talking but no action! Probably the WORST ice cream parlor I've ever been to! Good luck with ALL your incompetent employees!!!

This is a convenient and fun road trip treat stop right off the 99. The first thing we saw was a gummi bears paleta, which we'd never seen at another location, so we had to have one. We also got our usual scoop of chocolate Abuelita, and to my dismay they didn't have the one thing I was craving-- agua fresca de sandia-- so I got the frutas one instead. It was probably a coconut milk base, not water, but it was nice enough. Service was served with a genuine smile. Picked up a couple of gummy candies as well. The inside of this place will refresh your spirit-- it's not boring or basic. It's a little party.

No, people, don't go, then you come out in love from there.

La Michoacana is very different from the ones I've been too. I have to say I really loved the decor and layout of the place. The service was efficient and staff was friendly. I loooved their large variety of ice cream and the size of their tostilocos. My favorite item was the Mangoneada with strawberry ice cream. I would definitely come back with family to try more ice cram flavors.

This place makes you happy just walking in. The girl there matched the whole experience by being enthusiastic about flavors and everything they offer . I will be trying flavors every day of my visit here in Selma .

Went around 8:25. The only thing they were offering was ice cream and aguas frescas since they were closing at 9.
