Had to wait for my order to be taken. The bathrooms are locked and need a code to open…okay. Except when the door closed the handle was missing..I had a hard time getting out, good luck if you’re a kid, woman or hand weak hands.

Order a Crunchwrap with no beef, add chicken, no sour cream, and no nacho cheese. Chicken tasted old ( very dry), and it had nacho cheese. The fat lady that took my order was in a mad mood, and she didn’t give me the recipient because the “ printer was not working “. Later, I saw her putting a new roll. She was just lazy to do it at that moment. Dine in was horrible, all tables were dirty and bathrooms were dirty. Later she was telling her crew that she doesn’t get paid enough. Well her poor customer service is not going to help her get a raise .Vegetarian options: Don’t waste your time, they would get your order wrong, and deny a refund .

I would have given all 5 stars but we have to multiple times explain the orders as we made all vegetarian but the person who made did not even look what modification we have made. Food quality was good as it was fresh , restaurant is clean . Restrooms are clean too. Lots of parking .

We had to go through the drive-thru on three separate occasions because the guy working the window was too busy talking to the girls in the back and the girls on the headset that he wasn't paying attention to our order and he screwed up our order on multiple occasions. It's a 50/50 with this taco bell and there's this one chubby girl that's lousy and when getting the lid for the drinks she puts it on the counter,obviously the counter is dirty not so clean and I got to use that to cover my drink...she puts my change in the counter and receipt too,she got a bad attitude and last time I was here the manager or owner got her in trouble along with a couple of other workers for staying in during closed hours,they were vaping and I heard so many more things and one of the guys threatened two female workers there , THEY REALLY NEED TO REHIRE NEW PEOPLE,LET ME WORK HERE AND ILL SHOW YOU HOW ITS DONE RIGHT,PLUS WHEN I COME IN THE TABLES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY NOT EVER CLEANED and I even got the pictures to prove it's dirty all the time.PLUS I CAME IN YESTERDAY MORNING WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR BREAKFAST AND FOUND SOME HAIR IN MY CRUNCHWRAP ?,ALSO THAT SAME CHUBBY GIRL LIED ON THE DAY THEY GOT NEW SHIPMENT AND SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE OF THE MANGO FIESTA SYRUP FOR THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS

I never write reviews but this time it was bad, The service at the Shafter location is terrible, it seems everyone that works there does not want to work. They all look at you like your crazy, please get new employee’s before they shut you down. My experience was terrible i was in the drive through and placed my order which was for an enchrito she tells me we dont sell those anymore, which is a lie i was there the day before and had one, i tell her that and she tells me do you want to order really rude, never again for me

Taco bell never has anything complete on the menu! They go thru so many employees. And they all have bad attitudes. I understand it's not there fault for not have food items. But there whole way of saying it and acting is really bad!!
