I first tried a Pizza Factory after officiating a high school playoff football game in Quincy around 2000. I remember thinking this was pretty good pizza for such an unassuming place. After 2010 we bought a house in Dunsmuir and visited the Pizza Factory there a few times. Same result. After moving to Shasta Lake we've been to the Pizza Factory many times, eating in, having it delivered and getting take-out. Great lunch stop with kids. The staff are friendly, lots of seating and a huge arcade/play area for kids. The pizzas are tossed and prepared in front of us. We found that the pizzas might have required a bit more time in the oven since the dough/cheese were still a bit raw.
