My favorite poke place! The best fish I’ve had in a poke bowl yet. Do not sleep on the house, original poke, and the spicy mayo sauce combo, with eel sauce on top. I would eat here EVERY DAY if I could.PS: The parking lot is atrocious - no one knows how to drive in it - but they can’t control that.Parking: This parking lot has 2 entrances and 1 exit. The flow of traffic is not apparent from first entrance. Drivers often go the wrong way and use the 2nd entrance as an exit. It’s an absolute cluster. Spots are small, and non-compact cars often park over the lines, taking up more than one space. I usually walk to this shopping center because it’s so bad.

Fresh and great flavor if you know how to build your own bowl. This isn’t the typical Hawaiian style poke that I love, but it works since I know which ingredients to put together. I prefer places like Jus Poke about 20 miles down the road in Redondo that are more like what I like in Hawaii and better price too. The service wasn’t great. The girl acted put out by having to help me but as I left the other girl said thank you and have a nice evening. She deserved a 1 star rating.

8oz is BY FAR the best poké spot in this area. While they have slightly fallen off over the years (they now charge for avocado and krab salad, the staff isn't as friendly, etc) , they still serve large portions of fresh fish, with many options. And for the price, they're hard to beat!Parking: Parking here is an absolute NIGHTMARE. It's cramped and congested with limited availability.

Walked in to get some poke for dinner. No wait for a Sunday holiday. Two gals working there were quite nice... I think it was Katherine and Subelle. I asked for some of their recommended sauces and they gave me a nice mix they swore on. Very pleasant experience and service.

8oz Poke has been my go-to place for satisfying Poke bowls for years. The Poke is undeniably delicious, and the fresh ingredients never disappoint. I've noticed that the cost of their Poke bowls has been steadily increasing. It's becoming a bit more expensive than I'd like, which is a concern. I hope they can find a way to balance quality and affordability for their loyal customers. On the bright side, there's ample parking available, making it convenient to grab a quick meal. However, the seating area could use some improvement. It would be nice if they could create a more comfortable and welcoming space for diners to enjoy their Poke in a relaxed setting.

Best poke in the valley hands down. Small spot, quick service. Lots of options for toppings.

I have never had better poke, so this where I usually get my poke, since my very first visit.Ingredients are always fresh, especially the fish. They have great options for the base, I always get kale with a few chips. All the fixings for great flavors, even Serrano peppers and an awesome lemon cream!Never have been to the Studio City one. The Sherman Oaks store is my mainstay. The store is tiny. I usually get my order to-go. The staff has always been kind to me.Parking can be a challenge. You will always find a spot, but you may have to wait a little or take a quick loop around the lot. Street parking is available, but open spots are not easily found. That said, 8oz Poke is always worth it. Always!

I went for the first time with my friend who was raving about this place, she goes once a week and won't go anywhere else. We had just driven past and called to ensure we could still order as long as we got there before 9pm, when they close. They said they closed in a few minutes and were already getting ready to put the food away, my friend asked if we could place our order over the phone as we could be there in just a minute, they said they aren't able to do over the phone orders, my friend asked one more time and the girl paused and said as long as we make it before 9 we could order in person, they would wait to put the food away. We rushed in and made it at 8:55pm. My friend thanked them so much for waiting and the 3 girls behind the counter didn't respond at alljust looked at each other with dirty looks silently. We walked up to the counter and the 3 employees just kept staring at each other with dirty looks, and didn't say anything such as what's your order how can we help, etc. Pure Silence. My friend asked a question about sauce, they didn't even respond or acknowledge. Then she got onion, and I wanted the same but they threw them in the trash immediately after they put on her order. But instead of telling me oh sorry we threw it away, the 3 of them whispered about it before telling us what happened which made it even weirder. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. Weird vibes, uncomfortable, bad customer service.

Good little poke place. It helps a lot that it's a nice short walk from my apartment. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

I went to eat at this place and asked to add extra fried onions She added a lot, as if she brought fried onions from the whole garden for us. You get your moneys worth.
