This Ben & Jerry's has been at this mall for many years. It's delicious ice cream but a bit overpriced. It's nice to treat yourself once in a while while shopping. Great spot to take a break. Tables and chairs right by it. My kids love stopping by whenever we are at this mall. Good selections, fresh cones with lots of add/ons.

Over priced. No thanks.

We enjoyed Free Cone Day on April 3. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Tonight Dough, Salted Caramel Blondie, and Vanilla were all great! Super quick little line. Kiosk in the middle of the mall. Happy experience!

Looks like the owners are trying to save money by running the freezers at the highest temperature setting. Or maybe they are trying to save the Earth. But regardless, I don't come to the ice cream place to eat the soft runny goo. Not coming back.

Just got two small cups for the kids. One was just a scoop, the other had M&M toppings, that's all. 15 dollars was the total... that's absolutely insane. Never again. Prices are completely out of control when you can buy two pints for that amount and still be under that price. I'm in shock

If you're a fan of ice cream, and looking for a ice cream fix then a trip to Ben & Jerry's at the Fashion Square is an absolute must. I recently visited Ben & Jerry's located on the ground level in the Fashion Square. The staff was friendly making the ordering process a breeze, we got to sample a few flavors before we ordered, which is always fun. I ordered the Chocolate Cookie Dough ice cream on a chocolate sprinkle cone, to share with my daughter, and it did not disappoint. The ice cream was rich and creamy, and the chunks of cookie dough were plentiful and delicious. The chocolate sprinkle cone added a nice crunch and extra chocolate flavor to each bite.We tried extra M&M sprinkles on our cone, kinda messy, they were too big and kept falling off the ice cream. We both agreed that the ice cream was delicious and we ended up eating the M&Ms as an extra treat. The price of my ice cream cone with extra M&M toppings was $9, which is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the ice cream and the memories was definitely worth it. Ben & Jerry's is clean, they share four small tables with another restaurant, seating can be a challenge, especially on the weekends. I recommend Ben and Jerry's, it aways a good treat. Kinda pricey, but if your looking for a delicious and satisfying ice cream experience. Whether you're in the mood for a classic flavor or something more adventurous, they have something for everyone.

If I could put it less, I would go to this location and don't look at anyone in front of the counter when suddenly next to me was sitting a woman who I thought was a client and was the worker and she didn't want to serve me at once and with a rude way that she I was at lunch time ?my son was left wanting an ice creamHire more people so things like this don't happen

Came here while in town for the weekend. Could not pass up some Ben & Jerry's. Decided to try the cookie cookie, cookies and cream cup and chocolate cookie dough. All was good, exactly what we all needed. Staff was friendly. Price is fairly expensive, roughly $32 for the three of us.

Just saw Robin S's review and I was walking by the day she was interacting with the employees. Her attitude was disgusting and her treatment of these employees was awful. Here are some things she did not mention in her review. She was yelling, causing a scene, and the employee was being very kind and respectful. When I heard her tell the employee "you can't get a single thought into your brain", I jumped in and informed her she was being VERY rude. Robin then got in my face and was waving her hand around at me, telling me to stay out of it. I calmly told her that she could simply leave if she was unhappy. She continued to yell and then told me to "stay in the valley where you belong." (Not sure what she meant by that but seeing her talk in her review about how much money she is making off she sale of her townhouse, combined with her talking about all the money she has spent at the mall, I assume she was insinuating that I was poor). She turned back to the employees again and said something (which I missed), then turned to me, her hand once again in my face, and repeated "stay here in the valley where you belong" before stomping away. The employee looked VISIBLY shaken up and terrified. I worked in food service for 15+ years and I can easily tell when the customer is wrong, and this lady was WRONG. The employees were calm and respectful towards Robin, even with the abuse being hurled at them. I applaud them for that. Also Robin, you said "Normally I take photo of positive customer service on yelp." I just went through your reviews and seeing quite a few over the top, dramatic, negative reviews. Keep spreading that positivity!

Last week I was in this location, packing up to sell my mom's Townhouse in Sherman Oaks, I have had been there many times over the 50+ years (obviously Ben & Jerry's wasn't there that long) But mom & I couldn't decide on flavors last week & the girl who was there said just pick some different ones as long as your buying the large size (over $9 for an ice cream) but we had fun with it.... What a difference a few days make... 1st girl said we had to wait for the other girl to come back from her break. I wasn't asking for a bigger amount. I told her to help the other customers while we wated (a long time) my mother was getting upset, 85 & handicapped she goes often as I try to keep her walking, & Fashion square is a good place to keeping her walking, with her walker now. We had just spent a great deal of money at Bloomingdale's & Coach, Michael Kors is now closed.... The scene created over different flavors of ice was insane, it's not like we dare asked for a sample, we were more than willing to pay... I asked for their names, REFUSED, I asked for a card for the manager, as most are independently owned REUSED... I SAID I KNOW LONGER WANTED ICE CREAM & WAS LEAVING & HARRASSMENT OF A PERSON FROM ANOTHER STORE. AS I HELPED MY MOM TO HER FEET THE ICE CREAM VENDOR GOT EXTREMELY NASTY & SNAPPED A PHOTO OF THE TWO EMPLOYEES, & LEFT AS i would go home & review on Yelp... through Bloomingdale's I assisted my handicapped mother & helping her get into her car, a security guard came to us & said do not come back to the mall, We are selling her townhouse for over a million dollars, seriously he said we have you recording on camera, that's a lie... when refused any of thier names & contact to owners/manager of th location I took a photo of employees, Normally I take photo of positive customer service on yelp... but to chase an 85 y old upscale handicap woman who has lived in the neighborhood since 1957 is abominable, because she wanted some ice cream
