This place is worth the visit for the boba alone. I got mango smoothie boba and my daughter got the taro smoothie boba. The food was also excellent as well as the service. The calamari was perfectly prepared with a fantastic dipping sauce. I definitely plan to go back.

I got the lunch special with miso soup, salad, and one a half roll. The soup and salad were great but the rolls were sub par.

My family has been going to Big Fish for years because we were introduced to it by friends of ours. It was one of the staple restaurants my daughter had to visit every time she came home from New York, and Doug and his wife greeted her with such joy, and even gave her their famous salad dressing to take back to New York with her! But then the restaurant sold. We were skeptical about the new owners because the portions seemed to get a little smaller and less exciting - the salad didn't have as much in it, the rolls had more rice and less filling, etc. But we kept trying it out and wanted to continue to support the business, especially during COVID, despite the fact that they weren't properly wearing masks early on and didn't ask their customers to do so when they walked in without them. But tonight was the last straw. I put in an order IN PERSON while I was running errands after work. I paid for it and the owner told me to come back in 35 minutes. He even wrote it on the receipt! But I came back after 40 minutes and THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED COOKING IT!!! The chef had the gall to say that it was because the kitchen was busy, but if the kitchen was that busy they shouldn't have taken my order or told me it would be 35 minutes!! In fact, the chef blamed the owner for not telling me to come back in an hour! And then they wanted me to wait there while they started cooking! I couldn't believe it! The owner offered me my money back. They didn't even have the decency to call and let me know it would be late or to offer me a gift card for a future visit. I leave it up to the manager or owners to figure out how worthwhile it is to keep their old customers happy and to rectify this situation. Seeing some of the other reviews, it seems they're not so interested in doing so but only time will tell. Until then, I'm done eating here.

The fish was mixed, some was fresh and some was not. The salad and baked roll did not taste very good. Very average sushi.

I have been going to eat at Big Fish once a week for the last 6-7 yrs because it's close to my work. Today I ordered chickenYani Soba and it was too greasy and smelly that I couldn't eat so I told the owner that it was too greasy for me and can't eat it let's just charge me and let me go!! He the owner went off on me harassed, yelled, and very disrespectful to me that why am I complaining!!! He was almost coming to me to get physical and his wife stopped him. With that kinda customer service and don't recommend anyone to go there. Also that place is always very empty and honestly doesn't have a good reputation around the neighbor hood. I would never go there and support their business any more. They lost a loyal customer

The spicy tuna crispy rice was excellent! ? The price and the amount of food served was definitely worth it. The service (2.5 - 3 stars) was super slow as they forgot to serve us our paper plates and bowls and soy sauce. I guess because they were trying to close up for the night by 8:30 p.m. I overtipped her anyway (I always do). They don't serve alcohol but they do have diet Coke ? I felt lucky to find a parking space. ?️

We love this place at our office!! Usually order delivery via Grubhub. I get reminded they’re closed on Mondays every week when we try to order lol. The chicken teriyaki bento box is my goto for lunch! Love the miso soup and vegetable tempura! Also the dressing for the salad is very good!!! Try it !!!

Ordered takeout from here yesterday evening and have to say it was not very good. Fish tasted old and everything they serve is covered in some sort of sweet sauce, usually to hide the quality of the fish. I couldn't eat more than three bites of my meal before I threw it out. Seems wasteful for a $50 bill but the food was borderline inedible. Woke up in the middle of the night completely nauseated with horrible indigestion, more than likely from the suspicious fish.
