One of the most delicious burger and fries I have had in a long time and thankfully, not overpriced like everywhere else. The food was not only very good, but the people that work there and the service was incredible. It was nice to be among people that were so kind in this day and age.

Visiting the area, stopped by Blue Dog and luckily found the last parking spot there on St Patrick's Day. Casual vibe with tv screens and lots of dog photos. We were welcomed right away, service was excellent. We ordered a salad for veggies. My boyfriend enjoyed green beer and the best turkey burger. My tri-tip sandwich with added avocado was very tasty. I was so full...will try the dessert next time!

I came here a lot with friends years ago. It was always a great place to kick off the night with some burgers and a few beers. So when we had a friend visiting this past weekend, we thought we would start the night off here once again. Times have changed. Blue Dog Beer Tavern still has an amazing atmosphere. With warm lighting, televisions for sports, and countless photos of dogs on the walls, this is the perfect place for a few drinks. Their beer selection is great! Every beer drinker will find something they like here! The food is where it fell apart for us. After being seated by our friendly host, we placed our orders. I was trying to eat light so I ordered the fried cauliflower. It was not much of a dish for the cost. It was just a few sad pieces of cauliflower. The other two people in my party ordered a burger which they describe as nothing more than an average burger. This really made me sad because I loved coming to this place years ago and wanted to share it with a few people who had never been there. I will be coming back for beers in the amazing atmosphere that they set up but might think twice about eating there.

Best fries in LA. Its all good. The Ribs and Summit burger are my favorites, but the long list of tasty bev's complete the meal. Two thumbs up!

If you're looking for a good pub then don't bother going anywhere else unless you want long waits, loud noise and crappy bar food. Blue Dog is hands down the best pub in the area; great food, great service and lovely ambiance. Highly recommended!

Good first impression of this place. Me and my girlfriend have been wanting to try it for a while since we just moved down the street. Draft beer selection was good and the food was good. Our server Rachel was nice and knowledgeable about the beer and ciders. It was pretty busy so we only got to sit outside on the patio but hopefully when we come back we can see what it's like inside. Also the fries are so good god damn

It was a nice warm friendly place with great atmosphere. With good friendly accommodating service. Employees were excellent! Price for two beers was not what I was looking to pay for a couple of beers. Almost $21 for two beers not including tip! So if you go patronize the establishment be prepared to spend a little money for the environment and atmosphere!

Stopped in for a quick pick me up. Ordered the chili fries and it hit the spot. The chili was well seasoned and paired greatly with the fries and queso on top. Definitely recommend if you want a unique spot. They have photos of all sorts of dogs on the walls and it makes you smile.

Happy hour 3-6??? Just so everyone knows you have to order your food and drinks before 6 AND quickly finish and pay BEFORE 6 as well in order to get the happy hour prices. We went today and ordered the first drinks at 5:30 which should be happy hour prices right? NOPE. They lure you in for happy hour prices and then screw you over once you leave and charge you full price. Will not be returning.

I am so glad I discovered this gem! I have lived in Sherman Oaks for 5 years now and somehow never been here. The staff is very friendly and it's such a nice environment. I had chill fries and it was delicious! The fries were crispy and the chilli was perfect. They have excellent variety of beer. I will definitely be returning to try the brisket. Definitely recommend!

Had the tri tip sandwich and was underwhelmed. I feel like this place lost its way. It used to be much much better. Service was great, and they have many beers. But the food was
