I work at the Galleria, and I also work in the food industry, one of my biggest pet peeves at any restaurant chain is poor "customer service delivery"..., I like to be GREETED when I walk in a restaurant and this doesn't happen always here, maybe 40% of the time you might catch someone at the front desk and even when it's not rush hour.... you have to wait, I don't understand that... after being a part of the food industry world I understand how customers are your business... I had to edit my past review, bcuz I went there today....it's an ongoing issue for me.

Yesterday, Saturday, March 24, my husband, my cousin, his partner and I went to dinner. We arrived at the place at 11 at night. It should be noted that they close at 1 am that day.When we arrived at the restaurant they told us that we could sit anywhere they had high chairs (by the bar), we waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come and give us the menu, but no one showed up (the restaurant was almost empty).Suddenly, our waiter finally appeared, a young man, with braces, Latino and with a price on his cheek and from the LGBT community, I'm that exact because I don't remember the waiter's name and I demand that he be punished!Quick tells us that we ordered online which was the first time we would do that.My cousin and her partner were visiting this franchise for the first time and they had doubts about the taste of the sauces.I know that they can give us free trials of some sauces.But when our waiter finally showed up again, he was super rude to us.First of all, the way he spoke to us was curt, he was rushing us, he told us that he could NOT let us try any sauce.My husband wanted to order 15 wings but he told him that he wanted 6 of one flavor and 9 of another flavor, which the waiter, in a very rude tone, told us that this could NOT be done since the kitchen put the sauces however they wanted.It is worth mentioning that this is NOT the first time that my husband and I have eaten at this franchise, but at this establishment.The waiter told us, very annoyed, that if we couldn't place the order online, he could take the order for us.He was rushing us and speaking extremely badly!In the end WE ARE NOT GOING TO STAND FOR SUCH BAD TREATMENT!We told him to cancel the order, we got up and went to talk to the manager on duty.He offered us a change of waiter but of course not!In this place we feel discriminated against due to the poor treatment of this person.I invite you, if you have the opportunity to look for another place to eat wings, do so because in this establishment THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND THEY DISCRIMINATE.

My friend and I stopped by here to grab dinner. I haven't ate at this BWW location since I was working in the Comerica Bank building back in 2015. I used to come every Tuesday for their lunch special. Tonight when I came, they weren't busy and the bar is still open seating. No waiter came to greet me so I saw you can just order from your phone which I did. When my friend joined, a waiter came and took our orders. I got the 10 piece traditional wings with medium sauce and lemon pepper. I also asked for ranch and just carrots. My friend got the boneless medium wings. It took a while for our food to come out and when it did it looked like they just pour the sauce all over the wings. The wings were kind of hard and not a lot of meat like before. The lemon pepper was also dried and wasn't that good. It took a while to flag down the waiter to get refill on our drinks but he was the only one working the bar and dine in area. I would recommend the Burbank location instead since the service is better if you sit at the bar. You validate your parking pass by yourself near the front.Vegetarian options: They have salad here.Parking: Just park at the vistor parking garage and of validated, you'll get 2 hours free.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low (I guess I can read some LOL). I love the new layout; they have newer furniture and it seems roomier. The service and the food is always great - guess it doesn't hurt that I love wings.

This use to be my go to BWW but the waiting time is ridiculous sometimes is not even full it’s just that they are not fully staff and they have the waiters up and down can’t even complain about them but management does need to do better in having the restaurant fully staff

No matter if I order online or via phone, my order is ALWAYS wrong or not cooked as I requested. Asked for all flats, gave me all drums. Asked for well-done wings, they were cooked unevenly and barely had sauce. Asked for a side of sour cream, I got Ranch. Asked for just carrots and Bleu cheese, didn't get any carrots but instead 3 small containers of Bleu cheese. Food is always ready when they say it will and I can walk here but I'm driving up the street to WingStop.
