We love going to this Burger King! Paula greets us as we walk in the door! We eat dinner here most Thursdays. It's always clean inside and we love the chicken sandwiches and fries! The coffee is great too!

Crooks. In the App it says "Any size fries with any purchase"In BK language it means "Small fries" Went to this location on Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks an the manager was totally incompetent. She said I need a number fro the app so I gave her number but it didn't work, tried a few times and it didn't work. Why needs a number is beyond me. It clearly says ANY size so I should be able to get any size.So I contacted the BK on their website. Got response offering $3 for the next order. Fuck that. I needed to be made right on the first try. I don't ever want to come back to the BK again. There are other better restaurants.

Decided to try out their NEW Halloween Ghost Pepper Whopper and Chicken Fries. I never actually had BK here in America, so it was an interesting experience, considering I had a go for a limited themed meal.As it always happens, the meal didn't match the advertised look and aesthetics.The burger itself was pretty spicy, but felt a little dry overall. The people have always been friendly. The food is generally "so-so", and the prices are ok. It's tough to compete when an In 'n' Out Burgers is within a couple a miles!

It took forever to get the order last night. I think they had a trainee at the window and he seemed nervous and slow. Other than that it was ok.

I went to buy a new chicken wrap an how bout they cut the chicken in half. I went back to ask why an the manager told me she was told to do that. Should I use them for false advertising. The burger king on glen oaks an van nuys in the valley in CA. Why would I want to eat there again? I guess that's how you get treated when you live in the ghetto of Mexico

All good on this visit ! My burrito jr combo was good and my coffee was prepared with cream and no sugar ! The drive thru line moved swiftly and I was asked if I wanted my proper condiments and all - bravo !
They get my order wrong and over charge me every time I go there. I'm over Burger King!

I rarely eat BK, and when I do it's for breakfast. I was in the area for work and decided to grab a quick bite so I ordered the sausage, egg & cheese croissant. Let's just say, I've been sick since 10am this morning. It started off with a headache and my life's been a nightmare ever since. It's almost 1am and I can't hold anything down, its a good chance I got food poisoning. My body has lost so much fluid, I'm miserably dehydrated. This establishment is a health hazard, I wish I read their reviews prior to going but just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. BRB while I throw up.

Dr Pepper water taste like it hasn't touched a filter since this building has been established!!!! Can't wait to tell corporate how you Terrible this Location Burger King Is!!!!! & I looked at the comments before & same thing with the other People so please explain to me why is this Location still Operating under these Horrible Trauma Horrible Circumstances the way it is being Conducted also I'm calling the Health Department because because the building was very dirty and smelly completely!!!! There's no way any Burger King's Location should be this awful especially with it being residential in Our Sweet California Dreaming Place Of Residence!!!!!
