I love the place but also am big on customer service and the follow up has been terrible. I order once a month or more and this last week I placed an order online for delivery. Five minutes after they offered a rainy day discount, I reached out !! I was told they would get back to me to see if it could be applied!! A week later and no word!!Dietary restrictions: no comment

Fantastic burger joint near in Sherman Oaks, near Van Nuys. Orions rings are super crispy. There’s a parking lot, but it gets packed.

I am addicted to the Ancient Grain Paleo Burger it’s the most delicious vegetarian burger I have ever tried. Always fresh and delicious. I can’t be without it anymore.

I was the only latina in there in between like 20 caucasians. It took them over 20 minutes to get my food while everyone elses took 10 minutes. The manager is latino but the waitresses are white. Thanks to him my order didnt take longer than what they were trying to have me wait. It's like he reminded them of my order.Literally i finished an episode of bobs burgers while waiting for my burger.Then what made me feel wierd were the looks from every customer in there as if wondering why tf is this latina in here. Everyone was staring at me. Men and women.I felt the same vibe from the waitress with glasses and dark hair. Last time i was there she looked stupid when i took out my reciept and proved to her that the order she had in her hands was indeed mines!Its wierd. It's only white people eating there and i definitely felt eyes on me. People stared but maybe its because i am a pretty chick...Im different than all the customers in there and idk if thats why the manager had to remind the cooks to make my order. They cant even see me so im wondering if it was just an honest mistake.The waitress definitely doesnt like me id say thank you and she wouldnt say youre welcomed back.Its like.....If you're not in there dressed in gucci or whatever tf ppl will look at you like you're invading their space. Next time im getting my food to go!!!THAT FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR, GLASSES, AND TATTOOS, DOESNT LIKE PRETTY GIRLS/LATINOS!!!!!!Idk what i did to her but if i go in there again and feel unwelcomed /rudeness from her ima record AND complain infront of her face. So she learns.

The West side location used to be our favorite. I didn't even know this one existed until I Googled it. The store was clean, the staff was unbelievably attentive and friendly and we found out kids eat free on Tuesdays! The food was so hot and fresh. We'll definitely be back.

Got the vegan multigrain burger. Wish they had a portobello mushrooms burger or a vegan chili burger, why always the simplest burgers for the vegetarians and vegans? Like, we don't have taste buds? I wasn't impressed. Staff was really nice though so they got 5 stars for service. Place has a lot of seating and parking lot is ample.
