The most disgusting place to come to! I don’t understand how an owner can be rude, stingy and obnoxious to customers. I had the worst experience ice cream was terrible and so stingy with the mixing they don’t give you anything. The owner had the audacity to tell a customer she will no refund when I’m not satisfied what kind of owner handles business like this will never come to this on ever again owner is so dumb to not give 100% customer satisfaction worst type of owner I have met and I’m a owner of my own food business don’t come here

My most recent visit wasnt the best experience. This is my local Cold Stone and I adore it BUT on November 27, I went in to surprise my sister with her fav Coffee Lover for her birthday. As soon as I walked in, only person, the two young ladies did NOT greet me until I said may I order? I ordered. I normally leave a 20% tip because I know allllll about the world of hospitality. But for two ladies to not greet the ONLY person in the store was a bit of dissatisfaction. They made my ice cream and because I did not tip. They did not provide me with a lid. I asked the cashier can I have a lid? She literally looked at me and said the lids are right there and walked away.Normally Coldstone ALWAYS make it for dining and whenever I do inquire for a lid, they place it on my ice cream. because I did not tip, that was her response to me. A bit rude.There's no tables inside but there are seating options outside.

Service is great. Ambiance is pretty terrible. Ice cream is on par with Baskin Robbins. Simply put, if you're a control freak and like your ice cream exactly as you like it, then this is your place. But personally, I'd rather pay the extra buck fifty and go to Jeni's.

This review is for the awesome worker Aria who had the best customer service and made my night!! My online order was perfect and tasted so great! This was all I was craving since I found out it was national ice cream day and I'm 10 days away from giving birth so my craving was strong! Lol he hooked it up with all the graham cracker pie crust my heart could desire! Definitely coming back to this location

I ordered a coffee lovers ice cream and I noticed one of the ingredients looked off. I asked about it and they said that they were using a substitute for now because they didn't have the exact ingredient. I was ok with it then but I came back two weeks later and they still were using the substitute. The thing is, it becomes misleading to the customer when you state an ingredient and use a whole other. Come to find out, they do this often with ingredients. Staff is always really kind but this place isn't ran correctly.

I worked with the owner/decorator, Haleh to design a Minecraft themed birthday cake for my son's 9th birthday and it was such a pleasure to work with her. Haleh was very knowledgeable and kind. Not only did she help me design a beautiful and delicious ice cream cake, but she recommended the Minecraft picture to the printed on the cake and the cake toppers along with my son's name written in letters matching the design. She also agreed to meet with me at the store at my convenience to show me the cake size and decide together the placement of the cake toppers. All these services for a reasonable price. Haleh was also in constant contact with me throughout the design and creation process. The final product was spectacular, kids and adults alike loved the cake decorations and flavors, and it was the perfect ending to a Minecraft themed birthday celebration. I absolutely recommend Haleh's services and ice cream cakes for any celebratory event. Thank you, Haleh, you are the best!

The ice cream is great!! Service is just mediocre. Walked in and no one was in front to greet you and once they came to the front 2 of the 3 girls had big head phones on. They didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered.
