Midici is a great spot for a custom pizza! You can select you base sauce and toppings yourself or pick a pre set one they have on their menu! Staff and quality are up to par

Decent gluten free pizza! Overall this place is pretty good. I ordered the Margharita pizza on GF crust. I loved that the crust was so thin and their sauce is perfection! I would highly recommend their GF pizza! I would not recommend the salad though. We ordered the Italian salad and it was not good at all. The greens were not fresh and it was just not tasty. I would definitely order from here (to go) and wouldn't dine here. The service was lacking. They had the chefs running back and forth between the kitchen and registers. The server was just hanging around. The place was disorganized and the plates were not clean!

The pizza here taste amazing! The aesthetic of the interior is beautiful I love their olive tree. Despite it being a fast casual restaurant the service provided by Jesse is great. He was friendly and helpful when taking our order and then he treated my family with a free Nutella calzone. Thank you Jesse!

This place is divine! The pizza and salad selections are made with fresh and premium ingredients. For pizzas, I would recommend the BBQ Chicken Pizza or the classic Margherita Pizza. The Truffle Prosciutto Pasta is also a fave. Thin, crispy, packed with toppings, and all great for a few to split. For salads, I highly recommend the Walnut and Gorgonzola Salad. Great for sharing or doable as a solo entree. For dessert ... Oh, don't get me started. The Nutella Calzone, in my opinion, is a MUST when here. However, I also recently had the donut dessert thing, and I really loved that, too. It's filled with jelly or ice cream, I believe. The interior is modern, inviting and artsy. You line up to order at the front counter, grab a table, then wait for your food to come to you. There's a separate drink section nearby. It can get busy, so there may be a wait to order and sit. I haven't seen them over-seat, but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens on occasion. It's a pretty popular spot!Even on a popular corner of Ventura Blvd in the Sherman Oaks / Studio City area, Medici holds its own quite well.

We had came here on a Friday night and ordered takeout- it was a pretty quick pick up and the environment was nice and clean. Staff were kind and greeted us immediately. We ordered the calzone, cannolis, tiramisu, Caesar salad, garlic bread & a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately when we got home we realized they forgot to give us most of our order, we were missing the Caesar salad, cannoli's & tiramisu. I'm not sure why we completely forgot to double check that we got everything but we were already home so we didn't want to drive back again, so that was super unfortunate. The pizza here is yummy and feels a lot less heavy than your usual pizza. The calzone was okay, I think it was a bit too hard for my liking.

After years of trying MidiCi I think we're giving up. We loved it when it first opened...the many, many topping options they used to have which you could have them build in the line were fantastic. Though there was always some issue with the final product, every time we went. They do a generally good job of making authentic Naples style pizza...cooked less than you think it should be in America, but spot on for Naples...but they keep getting our order wrong. This particular time they just forgot about the gluten-free pizza we ordered and brough us the other 2 at least 20 minutes prior to the gluten free one. That's not exactly how a family dinner (or dinner of polite people) should work with one person waiting a VERY long time to get their food while everyone else is sitting there trying to be polite. This is not the first time it's happened here either. Their gluten free crust, which used to be among the best in town, also seems to have taken a step backwords in terms of look and in this case was slightly burned all around. They offered a dessert sampler to us to make good. Which we declined – twice...and then they brought it anyway. I mean, awfully nice of you to want to make good on the food, but if we say "no" twice...maybe respect that choice? I don't see going back to Midici any more...every time we've been since they opened, there has been some issue with our food. Such a promising concept, especially if you love Neapolitan pizza...but, at least for us, it's been a disappointing end result every time.

My answer is yes if you're wondering if this is a great date night or even just a lunch spot. Cute interior and comfy patio that's well lit. Simple menu but several options to chose from, you can't go wrong with any of them. Crust is so lightweight, crispy yet soft to perfection. My favorite has been The Pig, The Fig and The Goat which is a Neapolitan pizza with prosciutto, fig jelly and goat cheese. Highly recommend!

Midici is a great spot for Neapolitan pizza, especially for late night eats as they stay open 'til midnight! The meatballs are a great appetizer to share, just wish there were more! All of the ingredients are fresh and there's a nice view of the oven that was imported from Italy so you can see them making the pizzas. All of the pizzas are good, but my only issue is that the pizzas can be a little floppy. So eyes out for that.On one visit, the pizza took an extra long time to get delivered to the table (mistake for sure), but the manager noticed, came over to apologize, and immediately after we finished, he brought over one their dessert calzones, which was delicious! That made up for it for sure. Great vibe inside with the tree and fireplace. Come have a glass of wine and late night pizza!

The place is great. Myself and my wife came there for a pizza (truffle) the place was still not full and due to some difficulties in the kitchen. We had to wait very long time for the pizza and started to get really hungry angry.. my wife went to check on the order but still did not help. Not a good start! But then.. the pizza arrive, the stuff apologized and the pizza.. oh my good, was so good. One of the best we had for a while.. so we could forgive and the problems they had.. I really enjoyed the pizza so , even though there are so many places to eat in downtown Ventura, we found ourself in the next time back for another one.. the stuff was surprised to see us and giving them second chance and promised us the it will not happen. Again, and it was true, we ordered a great salad that arrived in minutes and few minutes after , the pizza was ready and again wonderful. I want to mention the girl Anna that was taking our orders and help in the kitchen. She was very kind polite and helpful, and new how to take responsibility when issues happened (I appreciated that) and was totally on her game the second night , and made sure everything will be great for us. ! We will be glad to come again

MidiCi's is a reliable spot for delicious, fresh-baked pizza. I've been there numerous times and always enjoy their tasty offerings. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients that add great flavor to each bite. Plus, their Nutella calzone is simply delightful. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a satisfying pizza experience, MidiCi's is a solid choice.

I have never had an experience like this. The guy was trying to run this place to the ground. I ordered the pizza at 4:30pm the app said ready at 5:45. Got there at 6:10 (cause they are always late) and they said someone took the order. My order was customized, the person had my name and my order? I asked what happens now? He said he can't give me a refund and he said if he could find the order. After 10 minutes, I asked him again and he started ignoring me. I kept saying excuse me, what'a going on? He just kept walking away and ignoring me (I felt that it was racially motivated). Not an ounce of customer service or basic courtesy. Ended up taking 2 hours for 2 pizza. Update: So now this guy had people posting on my TikTok saying that I was late to pick up the order and he was making it fresh again for me and he made it in 10 minutes. That's not what he said to me. He said someone took my order. The kid who worked there heard him said that. Needless to say, I won't go back.
