Hot wings cafe wings are the best wings I ever had....I came from Las Vegas to here just to get some delicious tasting lemon pepper hot wings And bbq hot wings!!!!!! They fry them to your like I like extra crispy and let me tell you ...they come through each time delivering savory food with dancing taste buds screaming for more !!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who wants good tasting wings.....

Let me start by saying, I love Hot Wing Cafe. Unfortunately, I've had MULTIPLE issues with having food delivered from this Van Nuys location via Uber eats or Postmates. There's been too many times where my food doesn't have all the wings. Mind you, I don't have that problem anywhere else but Hot Wing Cafe because a lot of the restaurants I order from use Tamper Evident Packaging- but Hot Wing Cafe doesn't. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the last 4 years, but i won't spend another dollar here until they reassure that their CUSTOMERS are getting their food UNTOUCHED. I mean it's not cool, we don't know what these drivers have but they're touching our food and eating it. Crazy thing is my whole family likes it, not anymore after to many incidents.

Went inside to order. 4 different people walk by without even acknowledging me. Just kept walking by. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes. Finally I ask an employee if someone can take my order and he said yes but still did not take it. I been to the one in Pasadena n Glendale they never treat there customers like this. I will never go this one again.

I had an incredible time at Hot Wings Cafe! Briana, our server, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service added a special touch to the meal. Now, let's talk about the wings - they were absolutely amazing. The flavors were spot on, and the level of heat was just perfect. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me wanting more. The food here is great l, it's actually one of my favorite wing spots in the valley. Small wings that taste like real chicken. The boneless ones are fire too! My rating is based on service or lack there of. It's like a ghost town I'm always borderline halfway in the kitchen before I find someone to take my order or get anything. There's never a server easily accessible for extra napkins, drink refills, more ranch, etc. it's a waiting game that takes away from the quality of the food. During my visit there was 3 servers and while friendly they were gone a lot and unavailable when we needed them. The part that was frustrating is it wasn't even crowded... besides our table there were only 4 other parties present. The The vibe is like any other sports bar, tvs around, and music playing. I also went with my family and I wasn't particularly fond of the music blasting to not have the curse words censured. I kept having to distract my young kids in hopes of them not listening to the profanity. There's street parking available out front but be mindful of the signs. There's also a small Lot in the back that accommodates about 5 cars. Although the wings are delicious the service could use a huge improvement.
