Super friendly I have nothing but compliments for this shop and it's team. The cashier was polite and patient when I didn't know what drink I wanted and the guy making the drink even ask he offered my son the little extra from the blender it really made my son's day to get that little cup so thank you guys

i miss the jamba on ventura! i loved walking there with my dog and getting my favorite smoothie, and then just sitting and watching people passing by. it was great!

ORIGINAL ONE STAR REVIEW⭐️Wow! My soy milk was substituted w a dairy product and NO ONE informed me! When I questioned it, Juliana the store lead shrugged her shoulder and said that’s what you get with a online order!!! So that is how you deal with customers with a milk allergy? She didn’t seem to care and walked away. No ask for a replacement or a Refund ~ very sad! And a Really Big issue, this location needs better customer service and ALLERGENS TRAINING!UPDATED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After posting this I received a call from the manager of the store who had overhead what happened. She apologized for the incident and said she would make sure the employee would be talked to. I understand it’s not easy dealing with customers all day, I just want to make sure they are equipped and trained as this could be a serious issue for some people.
